  Literally called me 15 mins before my pick up time to inform me they don’t have a car even though I reserved one 2 weeks in advance. I am not at all pleased with the service as they could have called a week ago so I could make other plans but no now i’m going to either be late to my interview or not even attend do not book with them

  The Metro Drive location in McKinney, TX always takes care of us by listening to our needs like when we need a larger vehicle and when something goes wrong they either fix it or compensate us for it.

  The gas tank was on E when they gave me the rental and told me I could bring it back on E. The only problem is that sometimes you might not use all of the gas out of the gas tank when you’re returning it so then the next person who rents the vehicle gets your gas that you paid for which I think is unfair so when you rent a car from enterprise or any car company do not accept a car that gas tank is on E unless you’re prepared to give someone free gas!

  We want to give a shout out to JAIDEN that helped us with a state to state rental. Initially our first rental had some issues and the car had to be swapped out. Jaiden took care of this issue in 20 min and got us another suv. He had lots of patience and positive attitude throughout the process. Five stars ⭐️

  Had to get a rental through this location when my car was stolen first day of having the rental I notice they had over charged me. Called customer support told me it had been escalated to manager and I’d be called before day ended never happened. 4 more calls later I finally get it resolved but not before the employee tried to argue me that they didn’t over charge me. Finally I turn in the car last Thursday and find a $500 charge day after. I call speak with a lady and she tells me manager is outside should be a couple minutes I tell her I’ll wait she puts call on hold then resumes the line says nothing and hangs up, so I call back another 15 min and they decline the call “no representatives can answer right now” I’m currently on call 3 of the day and about 35 min of being on hold now. Avoid this location 👍🏾
