  Apparently they had my review taken down. We’ll try this again. I bought a new 3032E from a salesperson who I contacted online. I didn’t know at the time he wasn’t directly affiliated, ie: works out of the Marshall store. After getting all the paperwork taken care of I went to pick it up. Pretty awkward experience dealing with people who weren’t the person I did this deal with. I also gave advance notice as the salesman asked me to when I was heading over there. So it wasn’t particularly pleasant that they decided to take care of people who came in there after I did. One of the later arrivals had parked in front of the tractor I had bought and instead of asking him to move they made me wait. It took what appeared to be a higher level associate to ask the gentleman to please move his rig. This isn’t the end of my world but first impressions are everything. Today, trying to hook up the box blade, I realized they sold me a box blade without the hardware/lift pins to attach it and didn’t bother to inform me that I needed to buy them separately.

  I came in to AG & Turf this week and have to say they did a great job, Garrett helped me out each step of the way, answering any questions we had, work efficiently with the sales process, he even hand delivered our mower and step by step showed us how everything worked. I will 100% remain a customer for future purchases, Garrett thanks for the help and keep up the good work -Steve Schneider

  My JD riding mower was running poorly and I exhausted my troubleshooting skills. I was reluctant to take to someone else because of cost of repair vs residual value of the machine, but they did a troubleshooting for a flat $70, which was very reasonable. After much head scratching, they came up with the problem - an intermittently bad coil. Quick installation of a new one and it ran like new. Well worth fixing it. Pleasant surprise, nice folks.
