  I had reservations for a rental car to be picked up at 9:45am 26 August. Plan was to pickup rental car drive to my auto body shop, drop off my pickup to have a bumper installed. That was plan A. I drove 30 miles to pick up my rental, that had been reserved 3days prior. Upon arrival, the Enterprise desk person told me the car I had reserved was out for maintenance. Really? No call no notification to me before I arrive. I asked for another car, she informed me that there were no other cars available. I asked what other options I had. She said I could check back later in the day, to see if it returned. My scheduling was disrupted pretty severely. I asked, Your company only has that one car ? She said yes. Come on now, large office space, 3 employees that I could see and 1 car, that wasn’t even on the property. I’d say there is a deeper problem than 1 customer who can’t get a car. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. Enterprise you have a big problem. The Enterprise office in Marshall Texas.

  I may reserve and pay for the full size sedan like a Nissan Altima but ended up with the Nissan versa which is smaller car!

  Chalina at the Marshall, TX location was fabulous! I called the several locations earlier in the day because my original booked location had no available cars. Chalina was very nice on the phone and took my name and number and said she would let me know if something came available later in the day. I called once more before I went into an appointment and she let me know she had a car for me! Once we arrived she was very nice and professional with all of the customers, even an unhappy customer (through no fault of Chalina's). She inspected my car with me (no one usually ever inspects my rentals with me, they just give me my keys and send me on my way). Chalina exemplified customer service and it was refreshing to see someone enjoy their job and prioritize friendliness.
