  Book our reservation on 6/8/26 for 8/13/26 for a trip to up state New York to take our niece for college. When we arrived at 10 am on 8/13/26 we were told by Taylor (manger) that all that was available was a mini van. We reserved a suburban. When we told her that the mini van wasn't an option she told us we could go to lakeway for one of theirs that was owed back to marble falls, or they would bring it to marble falls about noon. We said that we would go pick it up from lakeway. Once we got there we had more delays and a car that was dirty and out of fuel. Tried to call marble falls to see what can be done and never received a call back. They didn't make anything right and we were charged the full rental

  Easy to reserve the vehicle via the app. Friendly staff met me during check in and I was on my way in short order. Will definitely use this team again for future rental needs.

  Had a rental in place but they “forgot” to tell me some very important information about needed a deposit with a credit card last minute. Could have used that information from the very beginning before going there. Horrible customer service from the ladies there working the front office, didn’t seem to care, the gentlemen there just sat there flopped over in their chair just melting in them breathing heavy just from sitting down. Terrible customer care
