  Horrible service. Our rental wasn’t available 5/16/26. Amanda Hunter first told us to call another Enterprise and find one. I’m pretty sure that’s her job, she then promised to call us back in 15 minutes with a solution, instead she closed up shop and went home. Leaving us stranded. Also there were about a dozen cars in the lot that apparently she couldn’t give us. Delayed our trip by 5 hours, caused us to figure out how to get to Austin to get a car, and then pay more money for another car. So thanks for nothing Amanda, way to do your job!

  Marble falls tx location...I am a a senior widow, my auto broke down. Towed. Had to lease. Very upset,but KYle Pechacek and Taylor calmed me down...so kind. Auto fixed, and Kyle drove me the short miles back to my town,Burnet,TX, to garage where my auto was. At first garage attendant said not ready!!! I called,said it was!!run out caught Kyle,just a mixup...auto ready,but he made sure I was OK. Service,kindest,genuine concern. Thank you to Enterprise.

  Nice lady behind the counter. Although, I think they forgot they sprayed a certain area in the car to clean.
