I would never rent a car from this place again first off on the website they don't tell you you have to have a paycheck stub and a utility bill to rent a car they also don't tell you on top of the high price they have that you have to put a large deposit down then when I went to get my deposit back it took them 5 days it's the 5th day my deposit still not in my account I've called their office four times and Marble Falls and they have done nothing about it my suggestion is find somewhere else
Would give 0 if possible, went to the office, put in a reservation to pick up at 9 the following day it because we had a day full of things to do, we’re in Kingsland so it was a pretty longish drive, got there and they said they didn’t have a car for me and to wait I’d we’d like and see if it came back in. Waited for about 30 minutes and nothing so they said they’d call, and never did 3 hours passed Stuck at home so we call them and they said nothing yet, that the precious renter decided too extend their hours, why allow that if you had already reservations for a certain time?? So unprofessional and outraged for us to have wasted our time and putting our trust in these people, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, as my parents also said there was a guy there yesterday going through the same thing when they went in to put the reservation in. Just horrible.

I received an upgrade from an economy car to a mid-grade SUV at no additional cost, which was appreciated. When I returned the rental, there had been a $923. hold on my credit/debit card as opposed to the $300. hold I was told was customary. The branch manager comped me one day. She said she would comp me all three days but that was not necessary, but appreciated. My suggestion is this: rental agents - please slow down and process paperwork in an efficient manner so accuracy of charges is reflected on invoices. Take care of one task at a time if multi-tasking is difficult for you. Hire more leasing agents in Marble Falls, Texas so the office is not so rushed and customers are not standing around waiting for their turn. Add additional seating. There is one vehicle rental agency in our area so this place is busy. Thank you. Lisa Shepherd

These people are trying to scam you! Check your bank for fraudulent charges. I was in an accident, not my fault and the other person's insurance (State Farm) was paying for my rental while my car was getting fixed. State Farm arranged the reservation for the rental. When they brought me the rental to the collision place I had a $50 deposit which I was ok with. Then later in the day I checked my bank and enterprise had charged me an additional $18. I called to ask about it and the lady said they upgraded me to a larger car and the difference is the $18 a day. I told her that I did not request an upgrade and I didn't even make the reservation because the person's insurance that hit me is paying for the rental and they made the reservation. Then she said it was accidentally added by the employee that brought me the rental because she has fat fingers and she must have accidentally clicked on it when she was putting my information into the tablet. Lies lies and more lies. They did refund the $18 and didn't charge anymore. THEN... it took 10 days to complete my car. I received an email from enterprise letting me know how to return the rental and my remaining balance was $100. So I called them and told the same lady I talked to 10 days before that State Farm is paying for everything and she can bill them. (This is additional to my $50 deposit) So I returned the car to enterprise and the employee looked over the car and everything was good. She said she will refund my $50 and no charges are needed. While I was waiting inside, another employee was checking the weather and started over reacting and said we are fixing to get hit with a huge hail storm and for everyone to get all the cars that are reserved to the costumer so they are responsible for the hail damage and they need to get the most expensive vehicles to the car wash bays around town. I couldn't believe what I just heard. And that's not all... so I left and I got my car back, thought everything was fine and dandy, then several days later I received a call from enterprise. She said I owe an additional $200.03 for the upgrade. WHAT AN IDIOT!! I still hadn't gotten my deposit back. I had to explain to the same lady AGAIN that State Farm needs to pay for any additional charges. She then told me that I needed to contact State Farm and work it out with them. I told her NO that's her job and I have nothing to do with State Farm and it's the person's insurance that hit me. She said we need to work together and I told her good luck with that. She called me the next day and assured me everything has been taken care of and I will not have any charges and I will get my $50 deposit back. I hope I never have to deal with these idiots again!

The staff!!! Taylor the manager clearly leads a wonderful team. Amanda, Darla, & Mark were wonderful examples of good management & customer service. I was very impressed with the example of customer service. You can tell they all truly enjoy their job. It was so refreshing to see such good management and customer service in today’s world. Truly a great experience I will be back!! Thank yall!
