  I appreciate how low the gas prices usually are here but tonight i had a serious problem. As a lot of people know gas is really high right now so like a lot of people i only fill my tank to about half way, which for me is around 6 gallons, which is 20$. I watch the money counter closely because I don't have that type of money, I work a half decent job but i just can't afford to overspend. I ALWAYS, hold the lever down, to ensure i can stop it when it hits 20$. Yet when i let go of that lever tonight, the metal pin was down, meaning it was continuing to pump. I've never used the pin, and was rightfully panicking, because it wouldn't lift. I go to the customer service area, still panicking, and the person there, which i will not name or describe to avoid any bad blood, calmly, and slowly, walked over to my pump, which mind you was a fair distance away, and by the time they got there to show me how to "properly" unlatch the pin, which had no instructions on the gas pump btw, it was far to late and my gas tank had already been filled to the max. I am now down 50$, i admit that i should've been better informed, however i believe the person should've responded better to my situation and stopped it when they had the chance too. Some people can't afford to spend this much money on gas and if i were an employee there i wouldn't have tooken my sweet time while a customer was very rightfully panicking.

  If I could leave a zero star review, I would I called three different times was hung up on twice. I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred a lady picked up saying her name was Mike which I highly doubt that Info was correct and she said she was gonna transfer me to the store manager that never happened completely unprofessional might as well spend a little bit more money and go to other grocery stores and have better treatment than this location

  Multiple pumps out of service on regular basis. When the car wash is broken they dont remove the car wash option. On 5/17/26 the pumps were so slow they were pumping 1 gallon every 2.3 minutes.
