- CGC GJul 1, 20261.0am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident involving unacceptable customer service that I experienced at your location today, 7/1/26 between [7:00 AM and 7:30 AM]. While attempting to pay for my items, the card reader was not processing my payment. Wanting to ensure the transaction went through properly, I politely informed the cashier that the machine wasn't taking my card. Instead of offering helpful assistance, the cashier watched me struggle and then responded in a completely condescending and disrespectful tone, saying, “Because you are using the wrong one.” As a customer trying to complete a legitimate transaction, I found this behavior entirely uncalled for and unprofessional. The employee on duty at that register fit the following description: Physical Description: Heavy-set male Attire: Wearing a tan hat and glasses Time/Shift: Register duty between 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM I value good customer service, and this interaction left a very poor impression of your establishment. I trust that management will review the schedule or security footage from this morning and address this employee's conduct to ensure future customers are treated with basic courtesy.
