  Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at Jeremi’s Auto. I paid $225 specifically for a cooling system/overheating diagnostic to determine why my Mercedes was overheating. I was provided a video and told the oil pump solenoid/sub-harness was the main issue. My paperwork also states that this was the “primary cause of the Check Engine Light,” which was confusing because my check-engine light was never on and never came on. Because the diagnosis didn’t sit right with me, I decided to get a second opinion before paying for the recommended repair. I took my Mercedes to another shop, where they diagnosed the water pump as the actual cause of the overheating and confirmed the oil pump solenoid was not causing the problem. After replacing the water pump, my overheating issue was resolved. I understand that diagnosing vehicles isn’t always perfect, but I specifically paid $225 to determine the cause of an overheating issue, and unfortunately, the actual cause was missed. I’m very glad I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion before spending money on a repair that would not have fixed the overheating. My yelp review has the copy of my paperwork.

  100% recommend! Not only were their services incredibly helpful, but the staff were also so kind. Especially Alicia, who went out of her way to call the dealership for me so they could pick up my vehicle after pre-purchase inspection. Additionally, The inspection itself was very thorough with pictures and videos provided. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to have a pre-purchase inspection done!

  I had an overheating alert on my car. I took it to another shop (stupid decision) they fixed the issue but then another popped up. My car continually would not start. They could not fix the issue and continually made up other options for fixes. Or the car would start right up and they kept telling me I didn’t know how to start my car. So I came to Jeremis. They had fixed my previous vehicle after a wreck and I trusted them. I had my car taken to them. The put my car thru multiple diagnostics. Towed the car back when the issue kept happening. But after 3 weeks of back and forth they were finally able to e re Discover the issue and get me back on the road. Next time I’ll push my car to Jeremis before I ever go anywhere else. Highly recommend and the staff is the best you will come across. ❤️

  We bring all of our vehicles to Jeremi’s Auto. The professionalism, guarantee and overall quality is why. One of our vehicles is older so it’s important to keep her running as long as possible. I won’t go anywhere else

  I brought my Tesla in Needing AC work done, after a very thorough diagnosis which Included videos and descriptions of faults i knew I had my car in good hands. After 1 week while waiting for a part to be ordered I brought my car back in, the repair hit a snag and I was informed on next steps job was completed and now my AC blows cold couldn't ask for better service! Very Kind Front desk and Brandon was an awesome Advisor
