  I usually rent from Waxahachie and they spoil me, however, it was half the price to pick up a mini van rental here so I gave it a try. Upon arrival the place was NOT busy which is a stark difference because Waxahachie is ALWAYS slammed. The check in was amazing. We sat in chairs in the waiting room and chatted... I didn't even realize they were checking me in. They asked me to consider changing my rentals to this location and I seriously considered it. For reference, I rent about 15 days a month... November through January, as we travel the US to renew our clients contracts face to face. The rest of the year I rent 6-30 times depending on what comes up with our company/clients/client acquisition. I have rented from here twice. The second pick up was just as smooth. I commented that the car wreaked like it had been parked next to a BBQ pit and the gentleman agreed and asked if I wanted a different car. I told him no because I was just driving to Vegas to compete in pool and it would pretty much be in the parking garage all week... plus I was fixing to get some BBQ after smelling it (just being honest). This part of things is a 10. I even got a free vehicle upgrade the first time because my rental was at the car wash and they didn't want me to wait. Where things went wrong... my first return. I am a smoker. I raised my kids in a non smoking home. It doesn't bother me to smoke outside, not smoke in a car, etc. Because that's my normal. I always smoke in the parking lot while waiting for them to check the car over and complete the return because I drove there without smoking lol. The female employee told me the car smelled lightly like cigarettes and she saw some ash. I was across the lot so I know it wasn't the one I just smoked. I asked her to show me the ash and she could not. I thought MAYBE my pool gear smelled like smoke because we did go in a smoking venue 5 days before. I asked her to give it half an hour since I just removed my gear and call me if it still smelled of smoke. They didn't call and I wasn't charged. My issue is being told there was ashes when there absolutely was not! I have no immune system because of past chemo so I fully sanitize the vehicle and use an air sanitizer with the ac running before I go anywhere. I also do a quick wash, vacuum, and wipe down because sometimes we have a service dog with us and I just feel like you should return things the way your received them or better. All other locations love how wonderful the vehicles look and smell when we return them. I really feel like I was accused of having smoke and ash in the car because she saw me smoke in the parking lot. The second rental we were able to return in Waxahachie so I only have 1 return experience. This will be my back up rental location as they nail it in most areas. I'm just not thrilled that they thought of trying to see if they could charge me an extra fee for something that didn't happen. Women in their 40's usually stop every couple hours to pee... its super easy to smoke when you stop to pee and then get back on the road lol. Just beware of that and make sure they show you what they are accusing you of. We did encur vehicle damage on that first rental. We were in Ohio. It had snowed all night. The Temps were 40's and roads clear but a sheet of ice flew off a semi that came out of a rest area and hit the hood leaving a long deep dent. They made the claims process easy (we always get their liability and damage waiver). They didn't listen though and put that this happened in Texas... where it was in the 60's all week with no snow or ice. I don't know how that claim managed to go through without being questioned... but it did and it was an easy process. Highly recommend their damage waiver! I did use several other rental company chains a few times after the bad return experience... those companies just weren't as good price or service wise. We moved our personal and company rental business back to enterprise this past week. Only suggestions would document damage claims correctly and don't say there is ash you can't show!

  Not user friendly. Since I don't have a credit card, because I don't believe in owing anyone money, I needed a bill in my name. Rent receipt won't work. So, I walked back home without a car.
