  My experience was alright, this fellow man I believe his name was ethyan was okay, he seemed lost and did not know where things are. Please train your employees better. Store was clean though

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I understand how difficult customer service can be, given I work in it, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I’ve now had multiple negative experiences with an employee named “Allister”, and I feel compelled to say something. Both times, my family was treated with unnecessary disrespect. The first time, we simply wanted to confirm that a part was the correct size. The second time, we asked for a pump. In both situations, we were asking straightforward questions, yet we were met with a rude attitude and visible frustration. A simple question like that pisses you off? We even showed you a picture because “you dont understand what we’re saying.” lol ok. My family of course was getting heated bc of your poor reaction, pretty pathetic on your end I must say. You might need therapy rather than money. Customers should be able to ask basic questions without feeling like they’re inconveniencing the staff. I hope management addresses this issue because if this kind of behavior continues, it’s only a matter of time before it leads to a more serious confrontation with the wrong customer. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—just basic customer service and respect. Maybe work somewhere where people can't see your face, just a thought🤷‍♂️

  I came here and Jeremy M. Helped me on two different occasions and he was so sweet and kind and super helpful. He helped me so much with my catalytic converter and instructed me on what to do and how to get it to work with the cleaner. It worked and I have him to thank he was super knowledgeable along with what I needed to do and he explained everything so good. You all have a great employee here and he deserves all the praise and raises. I hope you know the gem you have here! I literally will always come here if I need help or advice on the car. Please ask for him! Thank you so much again Jeremy !

  An older gentleman assisted me. I purchased front turn signal bulbs and asked for help replacing the passenger-side light. The employee told me they couldn’t install it because screws behind the bumper would need to be removed. The next day, I stopped by the AutoZone in Arlington, and they came right out and replaced the bulb within minutes. No questions asked, no tools needed, and definitely no bumper screws involved. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to help, especially since customer service has always been part of the AutoZone experience I’ve known.
