  Tonight I was helped by Mike! And omg he helped me so much! I was pretty much stranded with no help. My car was running hot and a hose was broke! It was just so much at once. He was beyond helpful he truly went above and beyond. Very patient, and all while keeping the store running with his coworker who was also helpful (didn’t catch his name-thanks for letting me use the charger!) Mike helped me for hours looking up parts, finding parts to help me and to fix my issue so that I could drive off to be with my babies. I’m so thankful for him he was not annoyed, impatient, he is a sweet soul with a good heart. You can tell he’s been working on cars for such a long time. I’m so happy I ran into him tonight. God really places people right where you need him. He deserves every promotion and every raise. He did not leave my side and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I just truly thank you!! Because I do not know what I would have done and it was getting later! Thank you so much again. I’ll never forget you!

  Michael Beard is the kindest man I have ever met my goodness… It’s POURING rain outside and flooding and this man actually came out to help me with my battery. Please Autozone and anyone that is reading this that man needs to be compensated in some form or fashion I am begging you! If I was financially able I would’ve done so myself however, all I can do now at this moment is genuinely say THANK YOU SIR!

  Went in to purchase a battery for my XT5. Manager went way above with installation. Had to disconnect a circuit plate on top of battery. Took him a lot of time and effort to do this, but he did it. I was amazed as I thought I might have to take it to a Cadillac dealer. Looked so complicated. This guy deserves 10 stars for service and while we're at it, GIVE HIM A BIG RAISE. Great customer service.
