  Great service, really fast and informative. Richie helped me set up my appointment, and Monique helped me throughout the whole process once I dropped it off. They did the oil change and brake check, and topped off my windshield fluid for free. Overall, great service — I will be going back.

  If you haven't came to the brake plus in Manor to get yr car check on!! U been to the wrong brake plus!! I give them a 10/10, customers service A1!! We will be bring all our car here!! Yall stop by & Holla at the crew at brake plus!! They are awesome!!

  I had a great experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. The manager, Monique Parrott was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services I needed. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a location where the team genuinely cares about providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location for all of your service needs.   took my car to Manor TX for noise on the breaks they told me they worked on and change pads resurfaced front and rear. They saw that they oil was leaking and few days later | come to do the oil leak. According to them it needed to change the cover gasket kit and plugs and the oil change had to be done cleaning the oil around all the leaking. A week later | started to hear noises again someone looked my car not only read breaks had issues, but when they opened the hood they saw that was no oil in my car and had not cleaned all the oil around to even see where the leak was coming from. I took back to them from the beginning I tell the front desk guy that I was very upset and I wanted my car to be fixed for what I paid. They saw my receipts and took responsibility to fix the problem without saying anything about additional charges. They begin with the oil leak the person that was working keep coming to me with sweet talk what the process was going to be of fixing the leak | keep telling also adding that was also the breaks he will stated that he first will work on the oil and he has already see the problem with the brakes. When he finishes fixing the oil leak he come up telling that I had agreed to pay eight hundred plus dollars more, which I tell him that from being | let them know that I paid for that issue and was not fixed. They were trying to hold my car and after talking to the manager on the phone and charging charges and tell them that we can go to court. They let the car go, but they never fixed my breaks because they were sweet talk trying to get more money by manipulating when the job of the oil leak was done to see if I pay to continue to the brakes and to charge too. I think it is important that laddress that I am a 61 years old woman. My car is an old 2008 hunda. It's seems they are desperate to get money by lying.
