  I came in for an alignment because I thought I needed one but after doing the free inspection, Brett told me I didn’t need one and that my truck was fine. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely be servicing my truck here in the future.

  Well I would like to say my experience was similar to the other reviews I read, but I could not even get in the building. The address posted for the location sent me to an empty field, after circling the ate I finally found the location. Driving up there is no signage telling me where to go so I drive up to the garage. The music was so loud that when I finally got some attention. I was dismissed and told to park in front and go inside. I’m a disabled person, locate the accessible parking spot and there was an employee blocking the spot. I thought maybe he would see me and move, but no. There were two gentleman that noticed my frustration and how they addressed the problem was, oh you can make it pointing to the spot. I think that this is just another business that does not realize or does not care about handicap people, and it’s very obvious they don’t care much for prospective customers.

  The employees at this place were superb. Excellent treatment and excellent service. The mechanic did me a huge favor because my hood wouldn't open, so he had to take off my tire to open it!. I just love the care and concern they had for my circumstances. I'm a Senior citizen and I would not go any where else. Thank you so much. Monique Parrott was so great at her position also. Customer service was outstanding 👏 I am recommending them to all my contacts!

  Today I went to breaks plus to follow up on a recent visit Monique serviced me today she was able to let me know that I did not have a AC leak. And to tell me what the problem was, she was very kind nice and professional and that definitely goes a long way. She also educated me on the issues I was having and explained everything Definitely Great customer service I will be returning. Thanks break plus for being kind and providing good service to me again. 10/10

  I stopped by this place to get my AC checked and the experience was really great. A nice guy name Brett was really informative. He explained everything to me and my mom told me exactly what he was going to do and I truly feel like he solve the problem. My AC is now blowing way cooler and working properly. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to take care of his customers. I recommend this place to anyone who’s having issues whether it’s breaks AC He’s going to get the job done thank you so much brakes plus for taking care of me today. I am very satisfied also, really good pricing :)
