  I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. I needed a battery and went to the store around 7:50 p.m. last night. I asked if the team members could help install it, but they refused because it was raining. What was frustrating was that they did offer to come outside and jump my vehicle, which involves working with the same battery and components. There were also two employees in an otherwise empty store, so I was disappointed that they couldn’t offer any assistance to help me get the battery changed. My vehicle is an older model, and all of the battery terminals were easily accessible. I would have even been willing to change the battery myself if they had simply offered to let me use their tools. I understand that there may be safety policies or limitations regarding installations in the rain, but the way this situation was handled left me feeling that no effort was made to help. I was especially disappointed as a woman who was simply trying to get her vehicle back on the road. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution.

  The service here was really great after an hour long wait of figuring out what to do with my car. The ladies were very helpful and extra praise to Veronica. I got one of the other ladies names which was Risa (I hope I spelled it right).I stopped by after work to get my battery tested and it ended up being bad. Also a mention of low coolant (which I knew).I was going to come back and purchase a battery later on but my car ended up not starting. After purchasing the coolant and putting some in the car, it still wouldn’t start. So I ended up having to purchase the battery anyway with money I had planned for other things. They mentioned they weren’t able to help install the new one so I got on my phone to seek other options. After about 45 mins, Veronica came out to help me and was able to switch out the battery. If it was against their policy I completely understand and she still took time to help me. I appreciate it this very much and will be a returning customer. Thank you ladies!

  Ya guys all is good but suddenly I bought new battery and it won’t work the same day and request them and tell me reason and all but it’s brand new battery , I have 4 cars and a truck it was like 4 yrs but now you guys don’t have good care of people , good bye

  Horrible service the older lady at the front desk looked at me, 3 times walked across 3 times to get her phone and scrolled through it then finally asked me what I needed, another time I came in asking for a fuel hose and they gave me a coolant hose, another time I asked for rotors for my 1500 truck and I was giving rotors for a 2500, these employees suck, I've seen multiple people complain about them and all AutoZone does is reply with the same answer, it's been years and these people haven't been fired, I order all my parts now off rock auto to save money and time instead of dealing with lazy uneducated workers here
