  I cannot recommend this location enough! Jadon, the manager at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Magnolia, consistently goes above and beyond every single time I come in. On one visit, he actually went to a local auto parts store to pick up something my vehicle needed. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he did because he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. On another visit, a previous employee had made a mistake during my last oil change. Instead of making excuses or trying to cover it up, Jadon was completely honest about what happened. He immediately made it right and personally performed the oil change himself to ensure everything was done correctly. That level of integrity and accountability is incredibly rare these days. Outstanding customer service is hard to find, and Jadon sets the standard. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and treats every customer with respect. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people who walk through the door. I highly recommend this Strickland Brothers location in Magnolia. If you are blessed enough to have Jadon taking care of you, you are truly in the BEST hands! Thank you, Jadon, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists.

  Somewhere along the way, and I don’t know when, ownership of this location changed . It has changed for the worst in every measure. I supplied my own oil and filter and purchased their full service .The tech said they checked the air filter. I watched them. They never popped off the housing. They said they added fluids. I watched them. They never added a drop of fluids other than the oil I supplied. This all amounts to fraud annd deceptive practices. do not recommend anyone go here. Plus compared to the last ownership, the price doubled.

  Paid 124 dollars for a oil change in a Honda Pilot, had to wait while they went to lunch, tried to sell me a new air filter (15m miles on perfectly good one) and then they didn’t even reset the maintenance light( had to look it up and do it myself). Stay away

  I was highly satisfied with the services provided by Strickland Brothers. I just came in for a state inspection, which i found out that not all oil change facilities have certified inspectors. Kayla and Reinaldowere very professional and thorough in the inspectors and filter replacement, which i received a competitive military discount. Thank you very much!
