  I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. My vehicle was damaged during the wash, and the way management handled the situation was just as frustrating as the damage itself. I was told they reviewed their surveillance footage and spoke with their team members, but they refused to provide any additional information or documentation when I requested it. Instead of taking accountability or working with me to resolve the issue, they dismissed my concerns. The customer service was unprofessional, the management was unhelpful, and the entire experience left me feeling like they cared more about avoiding responsibility than taking care of their customers. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind its service, I would recommend avoiding this place. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend it to others.

  I had an outstanding experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Dejeanay Wylie. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes customers feel valued. Employees like Dejeanay are a huge asset to Quick Quack, and her positive attitude made my visit even better. I highly recommend this location, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her excellent service!

  I’ve been using Quick Quack Car Wash in Magnolia for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed. The staff is always friendly, professional, and keeps the line moving quickly. My car comes out clean every time, and I really appreciate the free vacuums and well-maintained facilities. It’s fast, convenient, and a great value, especially if you have a membership. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Quick Quack Car Wash! Today was the best experience ever the staff member Dejeanay made me smile and had me laughing before we went through actual car wash.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. After taking my vehicle through the wash, I discovered that two of my rims had been scraped, which was both upsetting and frustrating considering I trusted them with my car. I immediately reported the damage and completed an incident report, expecting the company to work with me towards a resolution. The company later reviewed its footage and denied my claim, even though the damage to my rims is clearly visible. Throughout the process, I felt completely ignored. Despite following all of the proper procedures, nothing was done to address my concerns or the damage to my vehicle. To make matters worse, the manager, whose name I believe was Viana or Dianna, was, in my experience, very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She did not seem knowledgeable about how to handle the situation and showed no concern for the issue. Rather than demonstrating empathy or professionalism, she made me feel as though my concerns were being brushed aside. I went in expecting a routine car wash and left with damaged rims and an extremely negative customer service experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

  Very poor service experience. Staff was not helpful at all, and there was no proper assistance or communication during my visit. I expected a basic level of customer service, but it was completely missing. The manager (Viana) was also not responsive or helpful when issues were brought up. Overall, very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this car wash
