- HEHunter EllisAug 27, 20261.0When you sign up with the duck, you should be 100% AWARE that you're signing your vehicles life away for the duration of your membership. All the time and money spent on your car can easily get washed down the drain in seconds due to the mechanisms inside the car wash or the fact that they line you up not even a inch in front/behind the vehicle next to you in line. It does not matter how long you've been a member for...that dent that randomly popped up on your hood, that scratch on your rim that somehow appeared without hitting a curb, or that decal/emblem on your exterior that is now hanging halfway off your vehicle -- Good luck trying to get the duck to shell you out any kind of reimbursement, you have a better chance at winning the lottery. One of my best friends who worked at the duck for 6 years has even confirmed to me that the LAST thing they will do is have you win a claim against them. Claims are up to their discretion mind you...what a scam. The duck has obviously gotten smarter with how they deal with these bad...and honest reviews, they practically beg you at the start gate to give them a 5 star review to inflate their overall rating. Top it off with a AI generated response to your 1 star Google review and that's their version of damage control...comical! In summary, if you're a car guy or gal that truly appreciates your vehicle - stay far away from this place. If you could care less what the exterior of your vehicle looks like, run through Quick Quack as many time as your heart desires.

I have a 2026 bmw and after every wash I dry my car. Every time. Aug.20th 2026 I went thru the car wash and started drying my car when I realized both of my rear rims were scratched from the track. I immediately made a claim and was told Jenice Gonzalez would call me. She emailed me on Aug. 25th and I also tried calling her, but could not leave a message because her voicemail was full. I text her on Aug. 26th and she never replied. I then tried calling her and she didn’t answer. She finally called me back to tell me they don’t have proof their track did any damage to my rims. I told her I’ve never made a claim, we’re long time customers, 5 vehicles and there’s nothing you can do? I told her I’m going to cancel our membership and submit a bad review and she said okay. I’m taking my 5 cars to Clearwater.

- KSk sAug 15, 20261.0Damaged rims and poorly maintained equipment at this location. Please check your drivers side rims for damage! These are pictures of the driver’s side tire guide at the entrance and my damaged rims. I heard the metal on metal crunch as I entered the car wash. I immediately checked my rims and both rims on the driver’s side were damaged. This is a 3 week old 2026 Acura MDX Type-S with low profile tires/rims. This exposed metal on the guide has been like this for quite some time judging by the extensive wear to the yellow bumper and the fresh shiny metal that is damaging people’s rims. Also, the overhead spinning brushes continuously have problems and failures at this location.
- GGGrazAug 15, 20261.0This used to be a good car wash, but over the years it has had neglected maintenance. The water doesn't spray out in areas, the rollers are worn out and don't even touch my hood or winsheld. My truck often has dirty spots on it. When there's not enough water spraying on the brushes or on the vehicle, it doesn't rinse off the dirt on on your vehicle or brush fibers, so the dirt scratched your paint. I only go the one down the highway. Maybe thinking about canceling membership and go with one of the other washes nearby.
