  This place has PHENOMENAL customer service - compared to the location in Spring off of I-45. I hit a curb going pretty fast on 105 and to my surprise, but not too much shock, it messed up more than just my tires.. my shocks and struts needed replacing. Huge shout-out to Blake! From the phone call before I even got there, to the moment I was handed my keys I felt so taken care of and everything was properly explained to me in a way I 100% understood. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my tire/battery needs!! Thank y'all again!!

  The crew at Mavis has excellent customer service & are very personable. That boy Blake got me right with the tires, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Nobody wants to have tire issues but at least Mavis makes it feel worthwhile.

  Friendly service. Very clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what was wrong with my car and how to get it fixed. I just moved to the area and Troy made me feel comfortable bringing my car here. Would bring my car here again for future services.

  My husband had a great experience here getting his tires replaced. They were able to get them done in a timely manner! He will definitely be back.

  A large bolt went straight into my tire. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. When I arrived at NTB, the team had my tire replaced within an hour. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful, kind, communicative, and genuinely cared about my safety. As a first time visitor to a repair shop, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
