  Friendly service. Very clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what was wrong with my car and how to get it fixed. I just moved to the area and Troy made me feel comfortable bringing my car here. Would bring my car here again for future services.

  A large bolt went straight into my tire. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. When I arrived at NTB, the team had my tire replaced within an hour. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful, kind, communicative, and genuinely cared about my safety. As a first time visitor to a repair shop, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  They had amazing service, I had to get my tire fixed it took 30 minutes and the team at mavis tires and brakes were very nice amazing place definitely check it out

  Thank you to Blake and the entire Mavis tire team! My experience was 1st class. Blake was so friendly and met me at the door with a smile! He answered all of my questions and gave me all of the options. The waiting room and restroom was beautifully clean! The team quickly serviced my car and got me back on the road. Thank you Blake and team!! You have a customer for life!

  I had a blowout on a busy highway and had to get my spare tire put on just to make it to the next city. I ended up buying one of those cheaper roadside tires just to keep moving. Since it was Sunday, a lot of tire chains were closed, but this location was open and ready to help. When I arrived, it was close to quitting time. One employee initially said I would need to come back, but Mr. Mike stepped in and said, “We can take him, even if it takes us a little longer. Let’s take care of him.” That meant a lot. They took the time to explain my options and were very professional. I did not get the tires that same day because the size was wrong, which was no fault of theirs, but I came back the next day and purchased the tires, along with the recommended alignment. For any tire needs, I definitely recommend this location. Ask for Mr. Mike. He is fair, diligent, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about taking care of customers.
