  We went into Mavis due to a beautiful placed nail in my tire. At first impression the front waiting area was super clean and the staff was nice and QUICK!! We worked with "Seth." He was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. As for price i was fully expecting to spend an arm and leg *possible a kidney* but I was pleasantly surprised at the bill! If I have any wheel/ tire related trouble in the future, I will definitely be stopping here first!

  An amazing crew with great customer service at the Magnolia location. Came in for a tire issue. They got on it right away and they were very detailed in what was going on. Highly recommend.

  Brought my vehicle in to get my tires looked at. The guys there were very professional and quick. Assessed my tires, talked it over with me and have me out of there in less than 30 min. Amazing location

  Awesome service!!! I work in the automotive industry and I hate to say this but a lot of shops will take advantage of people but today was my second time going to this mavis tire in magnolia tx and I couldn’t be more impressed! The customer service was excellent and I barely sat down when the service writer told me my tire is finished and I am ready to go!!!!! That fast lol. What impressed me the most was about a month ago my daughter had a nail in her tire and she happened to be in front of this mavis tire so she pulled in and this shop took care of her and got her back on the road fast and that is why I first chose to do business with this company and I definitely made the right choice!

  The Mavis’ customer service at this location needs improvement..… The supervisor did not apologize for the inconvenience of coming back to fix an issue they missed.. I asked the supervisor to reimburse some of the original price that was paid originally because of the missed issue and he stated the following: “that they were doing it free” and no costs would be reimbursed. The “doing it for free” is not an acceptable response.. They were actually fixing their own mistake which was not free which was already originally paid for. The supervisor should apologized for the inconvenience of coming back and offered some type of reimbursement.
