  Shout out 👏🏾👍🏾 to Drakes towing for excellent 👌🏾 customer service. I'm a licensed funeral director / embalmer located in Dallas, TX and had an unexpected collision with a coyote on I 45 South in Leona, TX. Friday July 3, 2026 with a casketed body for a funeral. Long story short Drake's towing arrival made it possible for the family to have their service for their loved one and the hearse was delivered back to Dallas,TX to Sewell Cadillac Dallas for repairs no questions asked 😁😁. The driver of the flat bed truck delivered and was extremely patient. I didn't get his name but please someone let him know the gratitude and appreciation by all means pay him and make provisions for him and his family. Good employees are hard to come by. The incident occurred Friday July 3, 2026. I highly recommend this company !!👍🏾👍🏾😁😁 Victor S. Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer State Of Texas

  I believe the driver’s name was Shane, but the owner can correct me if that is not right. Any way, Drakes Towing towed my girlfriend’s car from Normangee, TX to Spring TX and did an excellent job!

  Fast and professional. Special thanks to Oscar who took good care of our car and good care of us. It’s never good when your car breaks down but with Professional service the day is much more bearable.

  Teeter at Drake’s is amazing!!! She really came through for me twice in one holiday weekend. Then she went out of her way to come jump me for the 2nd time to make sure I could get on the road early enough to get a new battery and go to work. She is super knowledgeable and helped me find a solution on a holiday. Thank you, Teeter! 💪🫶
