  Drakes is our families repair shop. They are really good at what they do. They never jack up prices or try to get you to get parts or service you dont need. You gotta be patient though, because they are normally busy as heck!!! Both the service desk and repair get hectic. TIP- Be sure to call the service desk after a tow to let them know what might be wrong with it. The tow drivers dont always relay that part clearly.

  On this past Friday night I called for a tow and I got a lady to answer my phone call. I told her what was going on the truck and she gave me phone numbers to mechanics that possibly could help. But the biggest thing she did for me was she stayed on the phone with me and prayed for me and my situation. After she prayed for me, I was able to drive my truck almost the whole way to the yard. I was able to get about 5 miles to the yard. I am sorry I can’t remember her name, but thank you for being there for me and truly caring for me and my situation. There are truly good people in the world still. If you can’t find one be one. God bless you all.

  I wish I could give them 15 stars! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I failed to get the young man's name that rescued me from the spot where I was blocking traffic in my truck due to a blown transmission line and with a horse in my trailer. He responded within 30 minutes. Big THANK YOU to him! He was able to move the truck and trailer out of harms way. Then Brandon came in on his day off to haul my truck back home (3+ hours ONE WAY). I cannot compliment them enough. Great people, great operation, fast, friendly and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I was halfway to Houston from Dallas and my truck stopped on me. Triple A dispatched Drake’s Towing to me. Mr. Terry called me and gave me an ETA, made it by said ETA, swiftly got my truck on his flatbed and brought me home. He was nice enough to offer to stop so I could grab a drink and use the restroom. We talked the whole way (2hr drive). My day was bummed but I’m happy Mr. Terry was able to come assist me and he was friendly!! I’d definitely recommend Drake’s to anyone!! Thanks again Mr. Terry!!

  I really wanted to leave a 5-star review because Andrea on first shift was AMAZING. Her customer service was excellent, and she even provided her personal number so we could communicate faster. She truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was frustrating. We scheduled a transload for 4 PM, but no one showed. When I called around 4:30 PM, I was told they had been pulled away for emergency road service due to two wrecks nearby. I completely understand emergencies happen. Second shift, Ashley, was supposed to keep us updated on an ETA, but we received no updates and my drivers were left waiting until 11 PM, when I finally sent them to get some rest. I called again at 7 AM and there was still no ETA. At 8 AM, I was told approximately 45 minutes, but they ultimately didn’t arrive until around 11 AM. Thankfully, once they arrived, they got the job done and we appreciate the service. I just wish the communication after Andrea’s shift had been better. Keeping customers updated—especially when drivers and equipment are sitting and waiting—would have made a huge difference in the experience.
