Went last week at the Nacogdoches location and they told us we had to glue the sticker on the truck in order to use it. We don't drive our truck very often so that's why we don't glue the sticker to the windshield. Lufkin place said it was ok not to glue it. The girl with the earring in her nose at the Nacogdoches office was rude about it and said she would be glad to cancel our membership so that's what we did. Very disappointed with this car wash location in Nacogdoches. So we will find another car wash place that wants our business.
