  Оплатил в платном приложении факс семнадцать листов, перед оплатой предупредил их, потратил восемь долларов в приложении, в итоге через 10 минут моё приложение написало, что документы им на факс отправлены , я подошёл, чтобы оплатить распечатку и забрать документы, на что мне заявили, что нет линка и сегодня нераспечатают. Это ужасно я потратил почти 40 минут времени 8 уе, чтоб мне сказали что у них неполучиться распечатать факс сегодня(((

  I go here all the time and usually have pleasant experiences. Tonight however I went and tried to redeem a reward that I had saved and it expired tonight. It wasn’t taking the money off and the cashier was like “sorry it’s not working. “ I asked real nicely if there was something we could do. She was like, “nope”. I asked her a couple of times and it didn’t work. So I asked if there was someone else there and she got very aggravated and reluctantly called the manager on the walkie talkie. It took less than five minutes for her to come. Once she did she quickly fixed the issue and was extremely nice to me. But the other lady, ELLCIA was mad, it was uncomfortable, I asked her if I made her mad and she just stood there giving me a go to hell look. So I walked off. She then walked to the doors and proceeded to give me some pretty hateful looks. I bothered her because she didn’t want to help me fix my problem. She had to call for help and she did not Like it at all. I have never been treated this way at pilot. Between my husband, daughter, and myself, we spend a lot of money over there. But after this unpleasant visit with Ellcia, I really don’t want to go back. If customers annoy her that much, she might be in The wrong profession. She made me feel like I was a nuisance: and all I wanted was an ice cream and my $1 cinnamon roll. And to look at me like she wants to fight me, was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I don’t think I will be back for a while. Neither will my Family.

  Gas pumps work great an the restrooms were clean i didn't purchase anything here

  Pushing E15 on every pump but charging the same price as regular gas. Not to mention a lot of people don’t realize their older cars can’t handle it. Shady business practices from Pilot. Cool store but stay away from their “gas”.

  Last Sunday I purchased 5 gallons of gas from the Pilot in Lufkin. They put a $176.00 pending charge on my credit card. I'm used to $1.00 pendiing charge for that. My credit card company confirmed only $18.40 is being charged. Last time I'm buying gas there! Too much stress.
