We managed to get the spare on, only to realize it was flat too. We called around 8:20 p.m., knowing they were supposed to close at 8:30, expecting we’d probably be out of luck. Instead, they told us not to worry—they would stay open past closing so they could help us. That kind of kindness and customer service is so rare these days. They got us taken care of with such compassion and professionalism, turning what could have been a really stressful night into a huge blessing. We are incredibly grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond for complete strangers. Thank you for your generosity, your excellent service, and for reminding us that good people are still out there. We highly recommend Mavis!
