Service was terrible they didn’t check nothing besides my lights. They did not refill my windshield wiper liquid. I will never go here again

This oil change experience was by far the best I have experienced. The technicians were extremely nice and professional. They explained everything. Told me what I needed and applied my discount. This was the first time I had ever been to a Grease Monkey and went due to the ratings. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all I know. Last, I found the price for oil change and battery for my Buick Enclave reasonable for what I usually pay.

Went in for an oil change and my skid plate wasnt screwed back in. As I’m driving, it comes down in the middle of the highway almost causing me to wreck. I called and spoke with an AM and was told that nobody could come to fix their mistake. I said well I’m going to have to get my car towed and was told I’m sorry you’re gonna have to do that because all it is two screws. I was told I would receive a call back about assistance. I was never called back and waited on the side of the road. I called for roadside assistance on my own because GM didn’t seem to care. The next morning I called and spoke with the most nonchalant AM. I understand mistakes happen, but no accountability was taken and no empathy was shown

I came there devastated because my truck was making a noise. Come to find out my power steering was bone dry! The guy fixed me right on up & got me going. Probably saved me some money because it would of lead to a bigger problem if not caught. Even took a look at my tires out of concern. No problems! Great service! No complaints! Noise gone!

I ask how much a mobile one oil for my car the tech Fabian told me it was 300 dollars for a Honda Accord 2019 so he put Duromax then said my air filter and cabin filter were dirty I just had them replace at Honda 5,000 ago and they were not dirty they never checked the air in my tires I had to ask to fill my window washer fluid I watch never checked transmission fluid or coolant level or never said anything about break fluid I was oil change tech I always checked things I never seen them check and thing he said he done a multi point inspection but I never seen
