  Not a great experience at all. It took over an hour to change the oil in my car and the tech wasnt familiar with my type of vehicle (Kia mini van) so he couldnt figure it out. It was hot and they were not prepared. For $165 you should definitely get better service from people with experience so you feel confident the job was done right. The lady working there was very kind and apologetic, which was the only positive part of my visit.

  Kim was WONDERFUL! She was so kind and helpful with everything. She answered my questions and explained every detail of what I needed to know. She also let me know up front the prices changed recently so I would be aware. As they were finishing a vehicle next to me I heard her say she was double checking the oil because she wouldn’t feel right to let someone leave and it wasn't correctly done. That to me said a lot. She was an honest person and it screams repeat business. I will definitely let them work on my vehicle again.
