  The employee was very unprofessional and acted unconcerned about renting me the vehicle. There was barely enough gas in it to get to gas station. When I got out to put gas in , I could not find a lever anywhere to pull. I quickly got back in the car went back to the dealership, Enterprise and asking where was I to put the gas in at and he said I showed you right here and it was up under the seat. No, he did not show me anything about where to put the gas in. He was too busy trying to get me out the door. I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received. The guy mumbled and I could not understand what all he was saying. , I will never rent from Enterprise again.

  Never go here in the morning, especially on a Monday, and expect that your reservation is ready, or that you will be in-and-out quickly. Plan on at least 1 hour, but expect more - especially if you come in the morning. When there was finally someone at the counter (phones ring off the hook constantly) and got my information - for a two-week old reservation - they put my car (not the pickup I had reserved) in the queue to be washed and cleaned out. 45 minutes later, my "car" was ready. Horribly managed and unprepared for each days business. This is NOT your standard Enterprise car rental company. Unfortunately, little to no local competition to force any changes. If you must rent from here, makes sure you have a reservation and a two hour window to wait. And by-the-way, go after noon.
