  This business has no problem making the reservation, they simply don't know how to keep the reservation. Second and last time to try and use Enterprise for my auto needs. Nobody calls to let you know there's no reason to come in. What a disrespectful way to do business. Shame on y'all! You should expect more.

  It was very easy to make reservations and the car with exactly as I expected. The associates at Enterprise were very personable.

  Excellent people who know what they are doing. I don't need to rent a car very often but I have always hesitated to do so. However these Enterprise employees at this location are the best.

  I will never use the Lufkin office again. They took my reservation days in advance but didn't feel compelled to guarantee a vehicle would be available for pick up at the appointed time (30 minutes before closing on a Monday). They could have had another vehicle brought in from another location or AT THE VERY LEAST called me hours before my appointment to let me know there was an issue so that I could make other arrangements. But, no. They did not. If it had been just my plans that were affected, it would not have been such a big deal. There were multiple arrangements and reservations by others that also hinged on my reservation. I will likely use Enterprise again, as I've never had an issue like this in the past, but I will use a different office in the future. The Lufkin office has forever lost my trust and my business. I will say, at the suggestion of the new guy behind the counter, I stuck around inside until after closing time and was able to get a vehicle that was returned late. So, my itinerary was not blown to smithereens. But, this lack of professionalism and skewed moral compass has completely destroyed my trust in the management at this location. I could not scream, "STAY AWAY!" loud enough for future customers unless your reasons for acquiring a rental car aren't imperative. If you are relying on a reservation here, you should probably make a backup plan because they don't feel compelled to guarantee or honor your reservation.

  If you would like to be disappointed, make sure to visit or call the Lufkin location. Asked to speak with manager and I was told she left, then when I asked again, Joseph told me “he was the manager”. No joke. Just like the Pop Copy. Refused to give me district managers number etc. The corporate culture at Enterprise is everything but effective.
