Bryan’s Paint & Body did an excellent job of repairing my car! I highly recommend them. When I first showed up, they inspected my car and fully explained what could be done to make proper repairs. Their estimate was very reasonable and that ended up being my final cost. I appreciated their honesty and their friendly customer service. They were very professional and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected and it was super clean when I picked it up. I’ve used other body shops in the past but will stick with Bryan’s from now on. I trust them and highly recommend you give them a chance.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bryan's Paint and Body
How does paintless dent repair work?
Paintless dent repair removes dents by carefully reshaping the metal from behind the panel, preserving the original factory paint. It's ideal for minor impacts and hail damage where the paint remains intact. At Bryan's Paint and Body, this method offers faster turnaround and lower costs than traditional repairs.
What's the difference between paintless dent repair and traditional dent repair?
Paintless dent repair preserves your factory paint and is faster, while traditional dent repair involves filling, sanding, and repainting the damaged area. Paintless methods work best when the paint isn't cracked or chipped. Bryan's Paint and Body evaluates each dent to recommend the most effective repair approach.
How long does collision repair usually take?
Most collision repairs take 7 business days at Bryan's Paint and Body, significantly faster than the industry standard of 18 to 21 days. Repair time depends on damage severity and parts availability. The shop's 15-bay facility allows efficient handling of multiple vehicles simultaneously.
When should you get frame straightening after an accident?
Frame straightening is necessary after serious collisions that affect your vehicle's structural integrity or alignment. Signs include uneven tire wear, doors that won't close properly, or the car pulling to one side. At Bryan's Paint and Body, I-CAR certified technicians use professional equipment to restore factory alignment and safety.
What affects the cost of automotive painting?
Automotive painting cost depends on the size of the area being painted, color complexity, and whether the entire vehicle or just panels need refinishing. Quality paint products and controlled application techniques ensure consistent color matching. Bryan's Paint and Body works with insurance providers when painting is part of a covered repair.
Does hail damage repair work well in East Texas weather?
Yes, hail damage repair is common in the Lufkin area due to seasonal storms. Bryan's Paint and Body combines paintless dent repair and traditional methods depending on damage severity. The shop's large capacity allows multiple hail-damaged vehicles to be serviced efficiently, especially during storm seasons.
What's the biggest mistake people make after a collision?
Many people delay getting a professional damage assessment, which can worsen hidden structural issues or complicate insurance claims. Even minor accidents can affect frame alignment and safety. Bryan's Paint and Body offers free estimates and works directly with all insurance companies to streamline the process.
How do you maintain color matching after automotive painting?
Proper color matching requires quality paint products and controlled application in a professional facility. East Texas sun and weather can fade paint over time, so regular washing and waxing help preserve the finish. Bryan's Paint and Body uses consistent techniques to ensure new paint blends seamlessly with existing surfaces.
What are the benefits of I-CAR certified collision repair?
I-CAR certification ensures technicians follow industry-approved repair standards for safety and quality. Certified shops use proven methods and professional equipment to restore vehicle integrity after accidents. At Bryan's Paint and Body, I-CAR certified processes help ensure repairs meet factory specifications before vehicles return to the road.
How does working with insurance companies speed up repairs?
Coordinating directly with insurance providers reduces paperwork delays and streamlines damage approvals. Experienced shops document damage accurately and communicate repair steps clearly to insurers. Bryan's Paint and Body works with all insurance companies to help customers avoid confusion and get vehicles back on the road faster.
Why is repair bay capacity important for collision work?
More repair bays allow shops to handle multiple vehicles at once, reducing wait times and improving efficiency. A larger facility also provides space for specialized equipment like frame straightening tools. Bryan's Paint and Body operates 15 bays inside a 20,000 square foot facility, supporting faster turnaround than smaller shops.
