Raúl Sánchez was very Professional, Respectful and Informative. He explained everything in detail regarding the work, that would be done on my Vehicle, cost, time frame, Insurance coverage, deductible as well as financial piece of mind with a rental car. Raul demonstrates great costumer service and compassion by providing periodic updates and ensuring that I was still comfortable and satisfied with the rental car. Raul treated me with respect, made me feel like an important customer and valued my opinion. These are great qualities and I will definitely recommend Raul, and VIP HAIL company to all my friends and family
