I took it in here and they went beyond the call of duty to help. They provided a new drain plug ( figures BMW). They kept me informed. They contacted the location that changed my oil the day prior and informed them of the situation. These people are rock stars and the true definition of what customer service means. YOU GUYS/GALS ROCK!!! Trust your car to these professionals! They didnt charge me. They wanted to make it right!
