  I rented a car here and have plenty of times. Again I had the pleasure of being in the service line that Leslie was in. There were two agents her and another. Leslie finished up with the customer in front of me then I proceeded next. She never greeted me so I waited patiently for her to finish her duties. In that process the agent next to her finish with her customer and came to Leslie’s side to put something up and she greeted me. LOL Leslie looked at me finally to acknowledge and says “are you okay”? lol idk why she would ask that nor greet someone initially like that in the first place but I responded with “ yes, are you”. Very weird greeting. I advised her I was waiting on her until she was done as I didn’t want to interrupt her. She then tells me how busy they are and this was literally at 830A with just myself in line. She finally asks my info and realized my status I’m assuming and how much I utilize their service. She immediately became engaged which was quite crazy to see total attitude flip %110 lol my corp card is already on file on my acct so she ran it and says “oh well it actually went through”………………I responded with “ was it not supposed to” look Leslie most def needs to have remedial training in service and etiquette as there are things that you just done say. I’ve dealt with her a few times and every time is unpleasant.

  National is the best place to rent a car if you are flying into the Lubbock airport. I’ve been traveling to Lubbock nearly every week for the past two years, and I always book with them when I can. Top tier customer service, and the staff is super friendly and personable. The cars are always relatively new, clean, and well maintained. There has been a few times my evening flight was delayed and we arrived after closing time, but I’ve always been able to get a car because the manager on shift stays late to make sure they are still able to service their customers. This fact alone is reason to choose National. Did I mention that the staff is awesome? I actually look forward to picking my car up at the counter because the staff is fun to converse with, and they are always right there to ask how things were when you pull up to drop the car off.
