- THtim hansonAug 22, 20263.0My 2003 Ford F-150 had some squealing issues, I'm sure not unusual for a truck that old. I got an estimate of 800-1200 dollars from Mitch(nice guy by the way) I left it with him with the confidence that my issue would be taken care of. I picked it up late Friday afternoon and when I started it the squealing was still there, They did replace some parts that did cut down on some of the noises, thanks much. (I paid $974 to stop the squealing) I called Monday to ask about the issue and got a strange response. "We aren't here to rebuild your old pickup". Now my wife heard the conversation and gasped. I set a time to bring it back in, but my wife talked me out of it. I took it to another shop. I truly liked the personnel, they were kind and courteous.

They got it fixed for me and did a great job. The owner, Mitch, was especially great to work with. He was very professional, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He was an overall great person to work with, and I really appreciated how he handled everything. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive repairs.
