  The engine guard fell partially off my car and I came in for my appointment and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Grateful for the quick and reliable service as a woman who has been taken advantage of by other body shops in the past.

  I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! Everyone there was so nice, and Chad was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made the entire process go so smoothly, was incredibly kind and prompt, and always kept me informed about what was going on. When I found out my car was unfortunately deemed a total loss, Chad was so helpful in talking me through my options and keeping me updated every step of the way. Having someone who was so communicative, honest, and understanding made a really stressful situation so much easier, especially with all the anxiety that comes along with dealing with an accident. I’m genuinely so thankful I was able to work with them throughout this process. I never felt left in the dark, and I really appreciated how thorough and honest they were with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with my car again, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a body shop. Thank you to everyone there for making a difficult situation a little easier!

  They were very efficient but also took the time to do it right. They also washed the car and cleaned the floor mats which was a nice surprise!

  We were so pleased with the service by this business. We had a complicated situation in our repair and Carri and the team handled it wonderfully! Our 2025 Rogue looks brand new again!! And by the way- they are open on Saturday in the morning to make it easier to doing drop offs and pick ups! Thank you Hub City Auto Shop- for a great experience but more importantly for being a community minded business!! You ROCKED!!

  ​I brought my vehicle to Hub City Body Shop hoping for the accountability and care you expect from a local, family-run business. Instead, the entire experience felt completely transactional, leaving me feeling like just another dollar sign rather than a valued customer. ​Blown Timelines & Constant Runaround: When I dropped off my vehicle, I was quoted an estimated 2 to 3 weeks, with 4 weeks as the outside maximum. They kept it for a full 8 weeks. With almost no proactive communication, I had to email them for updates, only to be strung along with "should be done by the end of next week"—three separate times. ​Unfinished Work & Sloppy Quality Control: After waiting two whole months, I expected the job to finally be done right. Instead, I arrived on pickup day to find visible scratches left all over the vehicle. ​Tone-Deaf Resolution: When I pointed out the scratches, I was casually told to bring it back "sometime during the week" to have them buffed out. Like most working people, my schedule does not allow me to take time off during regular business hours to run unpaid errands to fix their mistakes. They had my vehicle for 8 weeks—that was their window to inspect their work and deliver a finished product. Handing it back sloppy effectively means I am stuck with the damage because they couldn't be bothered to perform basic quality control. ​The two stars are only because the core repairs were eventually completed. But between stringing me along for two months with false promises of "the end of next week" and handing back unfinished work expecting me to disrupt my work week to fix it, this is no way to treat a customer. Take your business elsewhere if your time and vehicle matter to you.
