  Luke was very professional and took the time to change my cabin filter as well as the oil change. They are always professional and very kind at Grease Monkey on 104th and Slide road.

  I've used the services at Grease Monkey a few times now and I can say with confidence the people and service is truly great. Great efficient service at a reasonable price and the employees are pleasant and professional to work with. Highly recommend if you're in Lubbock and your vehicle needs anytime!

  Absolutely outstanding service from this crew! I showed up right before closing needing an oil change, and instead of rushing me off, they welcomed me in and took care of everything with professionalism and a great attitude. That says a lot about a team. Fast, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely customer-focused. Round of applause for these guys, they turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

  I love going to Grease Monkey! I went one time, and I have an older car. The manager came out and helped fix the line to my windshield wipers so I could get washer fluid on my windshield again! He was amazing. And didn't ask anything. Another time, my skid plate was missing screws and they were more than happy to rig it up with zip ties for me. They have always been so nice and helpful, and I love how they wipe down your car after the free car wash they give you after the oil change! They also offer you drinks while you're there. I've never had a bad experience, and have always witnessed them going above and beyond for us. Thank you!!

  I've been using Grease Monkey for several years now for whenever I need an oil change. I rack up quite a few miles on my car, so I see them at least twice a year if not more. Everyone there is generally very kind and seem to want to be there. They seem very honest; they don't try to con you into getting something you don't want or need such as a new air filter. They provide decently fast service while checking and refilling all the fluids and everything. Plus they give you a free car wash afterwards. The people at the car wash are also wonderful and try to be as helpful as possible. Every now and then, I have tried other places just because I think "Oh I'm right here, it'll be easier this way." But I am always disappointed at those other places. Grease Monkey is the best.
