Date of Incident: July 18, 2026 I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location at the airport on July 18, 2026. Yesterday, I visited this location to exchange my rental vehicle because I’ve been driving a Jeep Wrangler for almost two months and wanted a different vehicle. I was told there were no SUV available and to return the next day. When I returned today, one Enterprise employee was professional, courteous, and was actually checking to see what vehicles were available for me. I appreciated his willingness to help. However, the situation changed completely when another employee named Jack, who appeared to be working with both National and Enterprise, stepped in. He immediately said there were no vehicles available for an exchange and insisted that the only option was another Jeep Wrangler from National Parking. This was confusing because I could clearly see multiple Enterprise vehicles on the lot. Instead of trying to help, he dismissed my request without making any effort to find a solution. What bothered me most was the way I was treated. The interaction made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. I don’t know why his attitude toward me changed so suddenly. Whether it was because of my background, my appearance, or for some other reason, I honestly don’t know. However, the experience left me questioning whether I was being treated differently than other customers, and no customer should leave feeling that way. As a Platinum member, I expected much better customer service. I also lead a team at my company, and we regularly rent multiple vehicles through Enterprise. After this experience, I will be sharing my feedback with our travel manager and recommending that we consider moving our corporate rentals to another company, such as Avis, if this is the level of service loyal customers receive. Enterprise should treat every customer with professionalism, respect, and fairness. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has a similar experience.

Will never rent from this location, the airport in Lubbock, Texas. Alexa is beyond rude and inaccurately portrayed incident to cya. Her manager, I did not get his name, equally as bad. He tried to demand an apology from my husband and called him a liar. To the apology demanded , it's a HELL NO to that. My husband has had an account with Enterprise for many, many years, and this is the first time he has ever been so rudely treated and embarrassed. The young man that worked to the left of Alexa that morning was beyond amazing, polite and professional. Nonetheless, I would never rent a car from this location.

On June 25 a 77 year old woman was stranded at airport. They told her they didn’t have any cars. She asked me for help. I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. I went online and there were several cars to rent. Both of the employees were too busy sitting and never offered to assist her. When I walked up and asked why they wouldn’t help this woman. They told me they didn’t have any cars. I said that I looked online and there were several cars to rent. They said they can’t rent cars at the desk. I then walked away and helped her rent a car online. Absolutely worst customer service ever. I rent cars frequently. I will never use this company and tell everyone I know how they treated this woman.

I flew from Phoenix, Arizona to Lubbock and rented a vehicle from the Lubbock Airport location because I needed to drive to San Angelo. The pickup process was easy, and the employees at the counter were great. They got me in and out quickly, were professional, and made the rental process smooth. The problem started with the return. I picked up the vehicle around 11 PM and returned it the following day in San Angelo, well before my scheduled drop-off deadline. The vehicle was dropped off at approximately 2:26 PM on Sunday at the exact location listed on my reservation. I even took a photo of the vehicle at drop-off, so I have a timestamp showing it was returned on time. Despite that, I was later charged for an additional 24-hour rental period, which essentially doubled my bill. For over a week, I’ve been trying to get this corrected. Every time I call, I’m transferred around and told that a manager will contact me, but nobody ever does. There doesn’t appear to be a direct way to contact this location, and Enterprise customer service keeps telling me they’ll reach out on my behalf. So far, nothing has happened. The front counter employees deserve credit because they were helpful and professional. My issue is with the billing process and the lack of customer service after the rental. Charging someone for an extra day they didn’t use is bad enough, but not having anyone available to fix the mistake is even more frustrating. Enterprise needs to do better when it comes to billing disputes and customer support. Taking a customer’s money for a service that wasn’t provided and then making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I hope this gets corrected soon Update: Enterprise responded asking me to use their generic contact link. I did. I’ve contacted their centralized customer service multiple times, and each time I’ve been told my case would be forwarded to the local manager. Despite multiple attempts, I’ve never received a callback or a resolution. Their public response makes it seem like they’re trying to help, but in my experience, it just sends you back into the same process that hasn’t resolved anything.
