    Had a simple question about my rental. Been on hold for 40 minutes so far. Horrible customer service. Worst Enterprise I’ve ever used. Hilarious that you can't answer a phone after putting someone on hold but can respond to a Google review so quickly. I gave up and called another location that handled my problem within three minutes.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience at Enterprise again—10+ people waiting for vehicles with extremely short staffing and little to no urgency. This is far from the first time, and it’s becoming a pattern. Seriously consider scheduling extra staff to handle demand because customers shouldn’t be stuck waiting like this on a regular basis.

    The customer service is great! But they never answer the phone and it’s not possible to modify a reservation online. Still, great service.

    I have been renting cars at this location for like 15 years. The young men that work here are some of the most well trained staff that Ive seen in any business in a long time. It is a culture of customer service. I have had perfect rentals and not so perfect ones. I even wrecked one of their cars last year. All resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this Spur 327 and Frankford location. Impressive.
