  Zachary Rodriguez is super helpful! I’ve been stranded in Lubbock for a few days due to my car breaking down and he was able to assist me in getting my rental car and explaining to me how everything worked due to it being my first time renting. If I am ever stuck in Lubbock again I will be sure to come back! Thanks again!

  We had to use enterprise after an accident. This specific location. We needed a 7 seater but insurance was giving us the run around so I switched through the original Ford F-150 to a car while insurance was approving a larger vehicle. We were upgraded to a Jeep Wagoneer and it was great, but when we got traded the car and the wagoneer, there weren’t pictures taken during either vehicle pre-inspection. Upon returning the Wagoneer, everything was fine. However, 3 hours later, they called and told us that there was a small dent in the hood which wasn’t possible that we did it. We told them it wasn’t us and they said “oh that’s fine, we just called to verify” The car stayed in the garage and the few times we did drive it when we had all 5 kids, there wasn’t any damage to the car. They later called us and sent emails saying we owed money due to damages. They never sent any clear pictures and due to not having pre inspection pictures, they sent over pictures of the vehicle in a yard with not a clear image of the damage. 1000 dollars later and I’m still very upset of the mismanagement of this issue. I highly recommend if you rent from this business you take your own photos and document everything. I will never use enterprise again and would rather walk than use this company.

  This is a great Enterprise to rent from. Zach and the rest of the staff are especially nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
