- TETonie Espinoza6 days ago1.0The associate that was at the location refused to help me I’m guessing she was having a hard day and took it out on me and did not release my full deposit!!! I would appreciate for someone to explain why that happened! I’ve used enterprise for yrs!!

- DNDelaney NorrisApr 16, 20261.0TERRIBLE. We booked a reservation for a car and when we got there to get the car we reserved the day before they said they don’t have it and couldn’t help us at all. We told them we are even willing to pay extra and they did not care nor help us. Another Enterprise location in town gave us misleading information and straight up lied. This almost ruined our trip, thankfully Turo came in and saved the day last minute. Do NOT trust Enterprise.

I called the office and they explain to me they have no one available to deliver my rental. They are completely incompetent.
