    Worst possible experience renting at the corporate level. The manager Skylar was extremely rude during the check out process. She was also unwilling to assist elderly customers that needed Bluetooth assistance. I highly suggest you rent from a different location if at all possible. When it comes to the guest experience, go where you will feel valued.

    Why do I have to call 3 time just not to get an answer I just left from up there it was no one in there to assist why weren’t yu answering the phone

    I got a rental while my car was worked on. The car I rented was really nice and clean. Only issue I had was that they are very difficult to get on the phone. I guess there’s usually only 2 of them in the office. Jesse was the one who assisted me. He was fantastic and so polite!

    I would leave 0 stars if I could this place is absolutely horrible they let you make a reservation over a week and advanced and then call you the day of saying they have no rentals and will call when they have one available and then do not answer the phone when you call. This is second time they have done this and I don’t know why I bother too keep trying to rent from them. If you want to be stuck with no options and no car rent from them otherwise take your business and time elsewhere with better customer service.

    They are a horrible branch of Enterprise. Never answer the phone, so you go to the building. It’s open and no one is there. They are not available for pick ups or drop off. They received 1star because there is not a choice for zero!
