My vehicle was in the repair shop, and I was navigating the complexities of the other driver's insurance, the body shop, and the rental process all at once. It could have been a stressful experience from start to finish. Fortunately, Colton Hunter at Enterprise (S Loop near University Ave.) turned what felt like a logistical headache into a smooth and seamless experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in coordinating the details with the insurance company and repair shop. Just as importantly, his calm and reassuring approach made a stressful situation feel manageable. Every interaction left me feeling confident that everything was being taken care of. I would also like to recognize Donovan and Eliza, who were equally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The entire team provided outstanding customer service and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.
