- RHRuby Heldenbrand4 days ago1.0Dont Do It! The salesperson Stephanie was horrible! After she took our info she disappeared..couldnt find her for a few hours! Not professional at all! Didnt even get a thank you! After we discovered several things wrong with the camper we called..the lady that answered kept asking what was wrong..when we started telling her she decided she didnt want to hear it and transferred us to Stephanie. My son repeatedly told Stephanie the back jacks do not work when trying to use the automatic leveling system..he had to lower them manually....she kept interrupting him-not letting him finish speaking then had the nerve to tell him he didnt know what he was doing! The toilet is leaking, tv is broken among several other issues!!! They now will not answer or return calls..ill be taking it to the BBB and their corporate since they are refusing to honor the warranty we purchased! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND FRUSTRATION...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Response from camping world...wants me to email them...IVE ALREADY LEFT MESSAGES AND GETTING NOOOOO RESPONSE!!! WHY WOULD AN EMAIL HELP YOU TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS???
- JWJessica WineingerMay 4, 20265.0It started off rough. We drove 2 hrs to come here and turned to the left and almost had a head on collision with a staff member in a golf cart. Then we were asked to leave because we drove to the unit we wanted instead of walking to it. We went to another dealership...and received a call asking what happened and my husband explained..we were asked to come back. We agreed and we are so happy we did. Charlie is the greatest. He took us around and we found our Travel trailer. CHARLIE DESERVES A RAISE he went above and beyond!

- MSMiss Sweet'sApr 18, 20261.050 employees working only to sell RVs and not furniture or accessories. Very interesting 👌 Everyone in our family has a camper and usually shop at this very location. I will make sure Blue Compass gets all of our future business. Retraining is obviously needed since the salesmen at Camping World prefer to just stand and gauk at customers. Weird behavior that would make any woman super uncomfortable
