  Bought a new travel trailer from these folks a year ago. During our first trip this year, June 1st, one of our large blinds doesn’t work, the right brake/ signal light doesn’t work and our 12 v Furrion refrigerator doesn’t work. This has been the trip from hell. The warranty team is a joke. We’re living out of coolers due to a refrigerator that doesn’t work costing us a lot of money and time. The Furrion refrigerator 12 v is poorly designed. Upon researching, the purpose of this appliance is to keep food cool while you’re in route. The appliance is so new they don’t have replacement parts and/ or a fix for the problem. Many users have the same issue. This warrants a recall or a class action suite. We pay a lot of money for these units and you’d expect a quality product. We will be visiting the dealership upon our return. Don’t waste your money.

  Came to Camping World so my sister, husband and I could find a trailer to go and explore and camp again like when we were younger. We met Joshua Titus Weston, he introduced himself so politely and didn’t approach us with any kind of aggressive sales demeanor, he listened to all we had to say about a trailer and what we wanted. He showed us several trailers and gave us details about each one and pointed out all the items that we might like, he was so patient and kind, he really cared about what was important to us and took the time to answer questions and might I add a very funny guy, he had us all laughing and thinking about all the fun we are going to have and the places we are going explore. Titus is an awesome salesperson and human being. We will definitely come back to camping world and ask for Titus, he is like a family camping member and we so appreciate his down to earth personality. Thank you Titus for being an awesome guy and thank you Camping World for a relaxed, easy shopping experience. Ya’ll are the best!

  7 days ago First off, we were welcomed by the best, most down to earth salesperson ever, Joshua Titus Weston. I was looking for a new travel trailer and discussed all the points I was looking for with Titus and he got right to work taking us around to several models. Titus took the time to explain details and didn't make us feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. He was kind, funny, friendly and helpful with suggestions and his expertise. We love the trailer we chose and when we came back the next day because we had some questions, Titus was there and greeted us with a smile and hug and took the time to help us with the questions we had. Just an all around great experience with camping world and especially Titus. We can't wait to get out and camp in our new trailer. Thanks camping world, and Titus, you are the best hands down sir! Thank you so much

  I had an excellent experience working with Titus at Camping World in Lubbock. He helped me find the perfect camper and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Titus was knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to answer my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish.   Worst dealership I ever dealt with.went from bad to worse. First thing is I looked at a fifth wheel and decided to purchase all I asked was to fix a flat tire it had and not just to air it up. Got the paper work going and they tried to add the let’s go camping package for an extra 3 grand which is nuts for what it consist of! I said no way take it off please. They did, gave them a 40,000 cashiers check as down payment and signed off. Pick up time. I’m assuming they’ll go over some things with me (I’ve never owned a camper) and help me hook up. Well not even the hook up, they parked it in the street by itself BEHIND the dealership as said there it is. With a little help from chat gpt I figured things out and got it home. Next day guess what FLAT TIRE! Such a joke. Now is the second thing. They called and said the cashier check has to have my name on it not my wife’s! She picked the check up for me so it had her name on it made out to camping world. So they blew me up for two days saying they would write me a check and I cuold get another cashier check but I had to write them a check with my name on it before they would give it to me. So I did i told them absolutely do not deposit the check!! It would screw up my whole business account I would bring another cashier check the next day which I did! Next thing I know they deposited the check that I wrote “not for deposit” on the notes and they scribbled it out!! So now they had 80,000 for a 51,000 camper! Got to my bank fast I got it taken care of with them and they are turning it over to there fraud department. I was warned about them but they had was I had been searching for so I went for it but sure as heck wish I hadn’t!
