  I bought my trailer from Big Tex and have used them for warranty work. I brought my trailer in with an oil bath hub leak hoping to get an honest diagnosis. Before the hub was even inspected, I was told I could be looking at $1,000+ in repairs or waiting weeks for warranty approval. They also didn’t have the basic hub parts in stock if I wanted to pay out of pocket, which surprised me for a trailer sales and repair shop. Since I needed to get back on the road ASAP, I went to another trailer repair shop. They diagnosed the problem, showed me the failed bearings and a damaged seal, had the parts on the shelf, and had me back on the road in about an hour for $280. As someone who depends on my trailer for work, downtime matters. I expected better support and better parts availability from the dealership I bought my trailer from.

  Bian was very helpful and personable. He displayed knowledge about the trailer he was showing me. He suggested additional products, but wasn't pushy on any of them. This Lubbock, TX store is a good place to deal with.

  I have purchased 2 trailers here, and both times it was such a good experience. All the staff is so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions, and they are always ready to help after the sale. I made the joke this time that I would be back tomorrow to buy another trailer because this purchase was dangerously easy.
