  Jamark (im probably spelling wrong) was absolutely amazing! I went in yesterday not knowing exactly what I was doing to get brakes and rotors for my truck. Not only did he get me the best possible deal but he was friendly fast and funny. He even carried the parts out to my vehicle for me because they were too heavy for me. I normally go to O'Reilly's but I'm going to make it a point to go to AutoZone from now on. Just for jamark!

  One star review. What kind of operation doesn’t run during its own posted hours. It’s 8am on a Monday and your store is locked up?

  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Auto Zone on 4th and Frankford!! The customer service went above and beyond. They helped me get exactly what I needed and then Grayson installed the battery into my Lincoln. The Lincoln not an easy car to get a battery into and he was amazing! The store manager helped me find the product I needed and she was super helpful and explained the warranty in detail! THANK YOU SO MUCH DOR CARING ABOUT UOIR CUSTOMERS!

  Jamarick was able to assist us in exchanging an incorrect battery that was suggested at an earlier timeframe. We appreciated all of his help, kindness, and patience. He was amazing and swift!
