Shanna was awesome over at AutoZone on 4th & Frankford! 👏🏽 I live in the neighborhood and, honestly, I had lost confidence in this store because of the customer service I’d received in the past. I started going across the street, but that store has since closed, so I started going to O’Reilly’s instead. Today I was close to home and pressed for time, so I thought, “Let’s give AutoZone another try!” I’m glad I did. Shanna provided excellent customer service, even price-matched the item I needed, and honestly gained my business back! Yes, yes yes I stopped in to get some fuel cleaner and Sam. The representative was so helpful and informational. He should get a raise cause he’s the bomb auto parts specialist.

JAMARICK R & GAVIN C is amazing. We ran out of battery at Costco they told me to come and buy a battery and they would change. It was super hot and complicated and they made it happen thank you so much!! Amazing service!! :)

Francisco in Lubbock, helped me out. I have an 2008 4Runner and I have always come here to get the bulb for my signal light. They have never said no or hesitated to change it. I had went to O’Reiley 30 minutes prior and they couldn’t even help or figure it out. I can’t to Autozone and Franciso did it in 2 minutes.
