I messed up on my reservation, and only scheduled for two days with a much larger vehicle than I needed. When my bill came back, it was crazy and "incorrect", but definitely my fault. I called their customer service and spoke with Chris who handled my situation sooo much better than I deserved, and gave me a lot of grace. I couldn't have asked for a better experience through all of this. Chris saved me a lot of money and heartache. Thanks bro!!
