    I want to bring a specific concern to your attention about an experience I had at your store today. I came in to return a dipstick and paid originally using tap. When I asked for my refund, the employee told me there was no way to process it because my card numbers weren't matching. He gave me that explanation repeatedly and made it seem like there was nothing that could be done. After going back and forth with him, I decided to tap my phone on the machine myself — and it went through immediately. No issue at all. My concern isn't just a training gap. The solution was available the entire time, and I had to find it myself after being told repeatedly that nothing could be done. That tells me he either knew and chose not to help me, or he was making up reasons without actually trying. I shouldn't have had to file a complaint and push back just to get a basic refund on a low cost item. I'd like to know what steps will be taken so this doesn't happen to the next customer who doesn't know to push back the way I did.

    There were 5 employees in the store, 3 wearing red shirts and 2 wearing gray. I waited in front of the register for about 10 minutes and not one of them asked if I needed help. They were all on their phones. The man with the long hair, wearing a gray shirt like he is a supervisor, looked over at me and decided to ignore me and go back to being on his phone. Customer service needs to be improved at this location.

    On March 1, 2026, I went to my local Autozone in Los Fresnos and needed to replace the light bulbs on my headlights. I was lucky to be helped by Gilberto. He was patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. One of rhe bulbs was really stucked but he persevered until he was able to get it out. Definitely will be returning for the great service. Thank you Gilberto.
