  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Sean,Cody,Zeke,Landon,Michael were very proffesional and informative, The service was quick, efficient, and very professional from start to finish. The team greeted me right away, clearly explained the process, and kept me informed throughout the entire oil change.

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had was this past Saturday. They changed my oil and supposedly changed my air filter (they did not) I then had to wait 40 minutes for them to get my oil change approved. Finally I was told I could leave and then I drive my car and my check engine light and my traction control light pops on. Valvoline disconnected a hose and ripped a gasket on my air filter box and are refusing to compensate me for the damaged they caused. Stating that it’s not possible for them to have broken anything. I now have to pay out of pocket for damages that were not my fault. Mind you my car was working 100% perfectly fine before I ever went to them. Highly recommend going somewhere else. They will not help you at all.

  I must say this the turnaround time is much higher than it used to be and Valvoline no longer does anything except oil changes no grease. No we’re in check and that’s fine for brand new cars but for those of us who changed the oil regularly and need those things checked. It is kind of sending us in another direction.
