  You need great service, go here. They are friendly, helpful and I found them by accident. Mr. Kelly the new Manager, is very professional. I thought I needed a new tire and they checked it first, come to find out, I didn't.

  I pulled up to the store at 4:30 ish all bays were empty. I asked to speak to a manager the young man said I'm a manager. I said good you have weeds all around the front door of your store. He said that's not my job. I told him , that's not how I manager should think. I got in my truck and drove away.Please zoom in to look at the picture.

  Kellye was professional, kind, and handled my situation with genuine care. He took a very stressful situation and turned it around with compassion and professionalism. I’m truly appreciative of his help and would highly recommend him whenever you have to make a visit to the store!

  WARNING! Came in for brake pads and was told I needed to replace the bearings, calipers and a rod. He went on and on about how dangerous it was and how worried he was about my safety. He was very convincing! He quoted me $2,000.00! I decided to get a second opinion and left. I took my car to another shop where they checked everything and the only thing I needed was brake pads and rotors. $470.00 If they tried to do this to me, then they have done it to others, and they will do it to you!

  0/5 ---Severe Negligence, Potential Engine Damage, and Zero Accountability ​My daughter took her truck to Mavis in Longview, TX on July 20, 2026, for a routine oil change. The service took nearly two hours while the truck sat up on the lift with a technician working on it. ​Fast forward to today (August 7): the check engine light came on, and rhe truck is now sitting in a repair shop. The mechanic informed her that there is zero oil in the truck. How does a shop take two hours for a simple oil change and fail to put oil back in the engine? ​To make matters worse, the new manager Kalley has not try to help. Every time she calls to address this catastrophic mistake, she is repeatedly put on hold or promised a callback that never happens. ​This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and can easily destroy an engine. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to deal with severe vehicle damage and a total lack of accountability.
