  Took my car to have the brake hose replace .. Had to have the car there at 2 pm they told my hus and they would call him in 30 mins to see how much it would cost. He called them back at 6pm and asked the price the man said all we know is it dont have any breaks. We were like nah really?? Thats why we brought it in and told you. Needless to say it was a waste of time and a day cause they wanted 1300 cause they wouldn't put new brake hose without doing the pads the rotors and the hose. But we could come gwt it take it to gwt the brakes done then bring it back for them to do the hoses???? What???

  Came in on a brake & rotor emergency, I was out of town and working in the area. Took me right away and had me back on the road within 2 1/2 hrs. Great service.

  Awesome shop! They were done with my wife’s car in a few hours and they even showed me some cool stuff with the rotors when I was asking questions! Awesome management and lavontae was so helpful and so nice!

  I went to get my tire plugged and put back on, was told it would take 30 minutes. I sat waiting for an hour and a half with no update or word on when it would be done when I looked to see my car it still had the spare on. I ended up asking for my spare to be left on and I’d do it myself because I couldn’t wait another 30 min to an hour. I’m writing this to say that the communication between employees to customers is an area that needs to be worked on and realistic wait times need to be given.
