  I reserved a car days in advance, but when I was about five minutes away from the location, they canceled my reservation because they had no vehicles available. I had already paid for an Uber from the airport, so I wasted both my time and money. A simple phone call before I left the airport would have prevented all of this. Poor communication and a frustrating experience. I won’t be renting from this location again.

  Tried calling a dozen times or more. No answer. Won’t even pickup a ringing phone? Really? I wish I could leave you zero stars because that is how poorly you operate this business.

  We recently returned our Chrysler Pacifica rental to the Enterprise location in Longview, Texas, and had an excellent experience thanks to Benjamin. He assisted us with the check-in process and made what could have been a routine transaction genuinely pleasant. Benjamin was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer our questions, made us feel welcome, and ensured everything went smoothly. Customer service like his is becoming increasingly rare, and it truly stood out. Because of the positive experience Benjamin provided, we would not hesitate to use this Enterprise location again in the future if we need another rental vehicle. Thank you, Benjamin, for making the rental return process so easy and enjoyable!
