- JWJay William5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service and complete lack of communication or problem-solving skills. I made a reservation over 5 hours in advance, drove all the way to the branch, and only then was told they could not provide the vehicle I reserved. Not once did anyone call ahead to let me know the vehicle was unavailable, which wasted both my time and fuel. Very unprofessional experience overall. If you accept reservations, customers should at least expect basic communication and effort to accommodate them when issues come up.

Was happy it was Enterprise fulfilling the contract. Car was a K4 Kia. Clean, all worked and great gas mileage. Per Collision shop, left the vehicle at Gerber Collision and Glass and they assisted with turn in. Plus I pushed my info online.

- LGLynda GarciaApr 24, 20261.0They didn't show up to pick us up . Schedule pick up 7:30 am. On the evening of the 23 it was scheduled. We called them, he said he would send someone to pick us up. Waited 30 minutes we called back he told us someone was on there way. Our appointments started at 10 had to be there at 9:45 it wasn't going on 9:30. There mgr told us he was calling his guy back. Not to pick us up he cancelled our appointment with rental services and hung up on us. Not very professional.
