  I had a reservation and was on my way to pick up the car. When I was about five minutes away, my reservation was canceled without any warning because they had no vehicles available. I had already paid for an Uber from the airport to this location, so I wasted both time and money for nothing. If there were no cars available, they should have contacted me before I left the airport instead of waiting until I was almost there. Poor communication and terrible customer service. I would not recommend booking here unless you’re prepared for your reservation to be canceled at the last minute.

  Some features didn't work, like blind spot assistance, windshield wipers are horrible, car smelled like dog hair when, we received it

  Great customer service! Listened to my needs and helped provide the perfect rental! Will go back to use Enterprise when in need of a rental again.

  Bait and switch as usual. Insurance makes a reservation for a full sized SUV and I get offered a fifteen passenger van. Nothing else available. Same for every other enterprise within a hundred miles because trust me, I’ve called them all. Absolute trash business model to take a reservation for something you know you don’t have just to switch it up and screw the customer. Do better.

  Car was ready as soon as I arrived, was running with AC on as the service tech / sales rep gave it a once over. Was able to extend the return date over the phone and was just really pleased how easy me and my son were able to navigate that.
