  I went in for a warranty battery replacement. I got my battery no problem, but getting it installed was a different story. Alan likes to talk.. A lot. And he cant seem to talk and work at the same time. He was trying to sell me detail work, giving me ridiculously lowball offers for my truck, telling me about the stereo system in his truck, but he was at least helping me...then halfway through the job, suddenly said "you can finish this yourself, right?" and left me to finish the install. If he had spent as much time working as he did running his mouth, he could have finished the job before he left. And if I wanted to change my own battery, I would have stayed home and done it in my driveway. Dont offer free battery installs if your lazy employees cant be bothered to do their job.

  I just wanted to say that Leonel Anthony Saravia went above and beyond as a Commercial Manager, I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and I needed a starter the closest one was in Tyler. He did his job perfectly as a Commercial Manager picked my part up in Tyler and brought it back to me without hesitation. That's customer service at its finest. Thank you for getting me back on the road and for being an awesome AutoZone Employee thank you again

  Jenni Walters, an employee at the AutoZone on Marshall Avenue and Spurs 63 in Longview Texas is an extremely valuable asset to that store. On Friday, May 1, 2026. I was at the Whataburger there on the corner of Marshall in 63 and a piece of rebar that was sticking out of the concrete wheel stop, Which was not immediately visible upon pulling into the parking space. When I went to pull out of the parking space, it caught the front bumper of my SUV and began pulling off the under piece of my bumper. Jenni from AutoZone Came over after my sister phoned there to see about getting some assistance and helped two other persons get my car off of the piece of rebar. I then took my car over to the AutoZone and she used plastic tie wraps to secure the underneath part of my bumper so that I could return home to Tyler. She was very kind. She was very gracious and willing to help. More business businesses need people with Jenny’s attitude and willingness to serve If ever, I am in Longview and need anything from an auto parts place I will definitely go back to this AutoZone and hopefully Jenni Will be there so that I can continue doing business with her Thank you for your servants heart Jenni you are a true asset To your community and your place of employment. I pray many blessings are bestowed upon you.

  I wasted time coming to the only auto zone open til 10:00 and to my surprise they were closed 30 minutes before posted closing time. It’s not hard to update your schedule.
