The gentleman who helped us was great with my mom explaining everything with out that condisending manor folks seem to get when speaking to some one over 70. He made sure the car was comfy and user friendly. Great experience.

- JSJT SpencerMay 29, 20262.0Long term vehicle renter for both my wife and I. Maybe it is just this location here in Livingston that is less than satisfactory. Booked a "premium" vehicle and got put into a whack camery hybrid. Was told when I picked up the vehicle that "this location doesn't offer premium". BS. If not, why didn't anyone call and explain that. One of the worst 7hr drives I've ever made. The staff is always great. Vehicles are never detailed. They spray them with water and throw a rag at it. Every vehicle we've rented, I've had to clean the glass, steering wheels, and screens. The film that was on the interior windows of this camery was so thick it distorted the clarity.
