  I will recommend the Brakes Plus in Little Elm to everyone. Brought my son's car in for service and Nick called back and advised that we did not need any brakes or pads at this time. The honesty that was provided at this location you can't find anywhere and I will be bringing my vehicles to this location moving forward.

  Brake Plus did an excellent job in fixing my alternator, coolant, brake service. I dropped my vehicle and Brake Plus completed the work ahead of scheduled time. Great job.

  This is now my “Go-To” place to get work done on my car!! I worked with Nick today and he was so very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous!! They took such good care of me by checking everything and explaining what needs to be completed now vs in a couple months. I really recommend and appreciate them!! And they have great pricing!! It’s hard to find good customer service and quality work these days!!

  Came here a few months ago because I had severe road and damage on my engine. I was lucky enough to have a very informed crew and manager who helped foresee all the things that needed to be done,that were a little different than what you would expect. Luckily this team is very knowledgeable in what they do. My car is actively back here for my AC not running. Since it's 115° outside I needed to make sure that I brought it somewhere that I could afford and they would have knowledgeable people to help get it fixed. Thank you to this great crew with the great manager, Cameron.

  Came in for an oil change with an advertised price of $102 up to 5 quarts. I ended up paying $152 with their reasoning being that it was because of the additional quart of oil my car needed plus tax. So $50 for an additional quart and tax? Not to mention they say that they provide a free windshield wiper fluid fill up as a courtesy but end up charging you for it along with a separate fee to throw out their own trash. This place is the not an honest car repair location with all their hidden fees. If you are money conscious, like many of us in today’s economy, don’t go here. They are the stereotypical mechanic shop where they either overcharge or find other problems making people feel obligated to spend the extra money. Their yelp reviews are much more accurate based on my experience. Stay away. The one positive is they were able to get me in same day hence the two star rating.
