  Shout out to Anna! We picked up a nail in our tire and visited the new store in Lindale. We were treated courteously and the tire was repaired promptly. It is great to find a repair shop that won’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. Welcome to Lindale and we will be back!

  Cassidy and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes are phenomenal! I was having an issue with a noise coming from my passenger-side tire, and they got my vehicle in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had me back on the road the same day. Their prompt service gave me peace of mind, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Cassidy and the entire team at Mavis Tires & Brakes to anyone looking for excellent service and dependable care!

  5 stars in not enough for the exceptional service I recieved. I was traveling from Dallas to east Texas for my niece's wedding and my tire started loosing air and they were the only tire shop open. They stayed 30 minutes after closing trying to get my tire fixed. However my rim was cracked. One of the ladies drove us to the hotel up the street. The other lady had a friend that could fix my rim. She came in next morning on her day off and drove my rim to get it fixed and drove it back to the tire shop. They got me back on the road in time to get to the rehersal for the wedding. They were so kind to me and my mother. Anna and Cassidy are rock stars of customer service.

  LIFE SAVERS! I drive a 2012 Chevy Tahoe with over 205,000 miles on the gauge. Long story short: she's seen much, much better days to say the least! There's always SOMETHING up with at least one of my tires, at any given point(extremely low pressure, cracked rim, barely-there tread, punctured by a screw, etc.). The shop is a gorgeous new build that conveniently popped up less than a mile down the road from my house just across the street from my daughter's daycare and, let me tell you, one more than a few occasions, they have saved the day! I pull up frantic and distraught, scraping change together but coming up too short to use the air at the gas station with almost 100% deflated tires, and they take a look, tell me to go in a take a seat, and fix it all! AT NO COST TO ME! Can you believe it? Big shout-out to Cobi for easing my worries and making me a lifelong loyal customer to Mavis!

  When they told me my alignment was off, I told them I knew some of the components were worn. They gave me an estimate for $3,000 to replace ALL the components without further checking. My hubcaps weren't reinstalled correctly and probably would have fallen off. I told them how I wanted the tires inflated and had to tell them again and they were still not inflated correctly. They apparently didn't know how to check my mileage, so they left it blank, which would have messed any warranty claims up.
