Someone came in throwing an attitude and the GM handled it with grace and no employee was rude back and the situation was resolved. As I've been sitting here they've shown the same kindness and efficiency to everyone that has walked through the door. Great staff, best prices, straight to the point and honest. First time here, definitely not the last. Thanks guys.

Brakes Plus in Liberty Hill is the best. Go see John and Roc they are great.

- MMMatt MelloMay 26, 20265.0Sorry, I'm a couple weeks behind writing this review but life happens. I was leaving my home with my wife & daughters on my youngest daughters birthday. My brakes went to the floor and had a brakes fluid indicator pop up on the dash. I carefully proceeded to Brakes Plus hoping for the best, expecting the worst. Dan was able to squeeze me in at a time when they had a steady stream of customers. Josh and Zack got on it immediately. Dan even took my daughters birthday cake and made room in their refrigerator for it. It turned out to be a torn brake line. They got the part quickly and had us out in about an hour. Dan, Josh & Zack came through like a posse of superheroes. Their professionalism and compassion at a time that could've ruined a little girls birthday was absolutely amazing. I'm so grateful for them and would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs a spot to get things done. Thanks again to Dan, Josh & Zack!!!!!
