  Excellent service and, most importantly, honesty! We brought our 2024 Toyota RAV4 to Brakes Plus because Cedar Park Toyota strongly recommended that we get a wheel alignment. Toyota told my wife that the alignment was important and that we should not drive the vehicle without getting it aligned. They quoted us around $250 for the alignment. We decided to get a second opinion and brought the RAV4 to Brakes Plus on W State Hwy 29 in Liberty Hill. From the moment we arrived, Marty at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our technician, Taylor, inspected the vehicle and actually showed us the alignment measurements and data. What impressed us most was the honesty and transparency. Instead of simply doing the alignment and charging us the $129 service fee, Taylor explained that the alignment was currently within acceptable specifications and did not need to be done. He even explained that it may be something to consider later after more driving or if the measurements change. They could have easily performed the service and taken our money, especially since we came in specifically asking for an alignment, but they chose to be honest and tell us that we didn't need it. That says a lot about the integrity of the people working there. Thank you, Taylor and Marty, for treating us honestly and professionally. This kind of customer service is exactly why I would come back to Brakes Plus and recommend them to others. Highly recommend this location! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Jon and his team are great. Came in with one thing and as the issue progressed they were more than accommodating of my schedule and were able to get everything sorted within the day! Definitely earned my repeat business.

  Just had my alignment done today at Just Brakes in Liberty Hill. It was near closing time and the technician was just about to leave but was so kind and stayed late to work me in! They were all very professional and thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with my car, and they were able to get everything fixed very quickly. Marty was an absolute pleasure to speak with!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!!

  We recently brought our daughters 2013 jeep in for a lot of work that needed to be done with the brakes and tires. Robert helped us with everything and he was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process. He even took it a step further and had us come up before/while work was being done so he could show us how bad the brake pads and other things were which we appreciated very much. I highly recommend Robert at Plus Brakes
