- GGGylesSep 30, 20265.0Had a great experience at Brakes Plus. The staff was professional, friendly, and had me in and out in no time. I got a brake fluid flush, and the brakes feel fantastic now. Highly recommend this location!
- TSTay SSep 29, 20265.0Jordyn was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I felt a bit guilty for calling just 30 minutes before closing, but she kindly told me to come over and assured me they'd take care of the inspection. She was truly comforting and made me feel at ease.
- TSTam SulSep 19, 20261.0⭐ 1-Star Review I dropped my car off at Brakes Plus for a refrigerant refill. When I brought the car in, I was told the service would be around $124 plus the cost of Freon, and I agreed to that. After several hours, I received a call from a technician telling me it would now be $185 for labor and Freon just to diagnose the A/C system—and there was no guarantee that the A/C would even work afterward. This was very different from what I was initially told. I was not comfortable paying $185 just for a diagnosis with no assurance that the problem would be fixed, so I immediately asked them to stop working on my vehicle and told them I would come pick it up. I’m disappointed with the lack of clear communication about the cost and what I was actually paying for. Customers should be given accurate information about pricing and the scope of work before any work is performed. I would not recommend Brakes Plus based on this experience.
