  I have a monthly membership. Yesterday I went to the Lewisville location around 1 PM and there were very few towels, the spray bottles of cleanser were almost empty and the vacuums in my bay and the bay next to me weren't working. I will give them one more try and if the same issues occur I am ending my membership and finding another place.

  I recently moved to Texas and had been visiting a few car washes exploring their deals and offers. Yesterday I came across Josey Lane car wash and met Alam. He explained everything for more than 5 to 7 minutes and helped me to get a good deal. He was very nice and patient answering to all my questions and concerns. Everything at the site was quite well organized as well and he showed me around and helped me out a lot. It was a great experience to have such a good guide. The guy who was loading the cars inside the tunnel was also very active. Seems like this site has very hardworking, nice and active people. I’d recommend everyone to check out this car wash.

  Alam the best Excellent treatment, service and kindness in this laundry room, I feel like family, believe me before, I have been in 5 laundries of different brands and the treatment is very horrible, these guys from Zip Express are very friendly and attentive, I recommend them from Josey LN Carrollton, the best.

  Alam is the lead employee at this location. I went there to try the “Premier” Car Wash and when I came out the wheels were not clean and the tires did not have the tire shine. Alam was very polite, and let me go through the wash again for free. He told me that he would let me go through as many times as it needed to be, until it was clean. It only took one more time through, and the tires and wheels looked great. This is great customer service, and I would highly recommend this location. Alam is a professional!

  I absolutely do not recommend washing your car at this establishment. I washed my 2026 Toyota here only 3 or 4 times, and during my most recent visit, the car wash blew the cap off my right side mirror. While going through the wash, I heard something pop, but I never imagined the machine could actually knock off part of my vehicle. Thankfully, I decided to vacuum my truck afterward and noticed the mirror cap was missing. I immediately spoke with the staff and asked if they could help me find it. As I suspected, it was lying on the ground in the middle of the car wash lane. They may attract customers with promotions like 50% off for the first three months, but in my opinion, it's not worth the risk. The brushes and equipment are extremely aggressive, and the cost of repairing damage to your vehicle can easily outweigh any savings. If you truly care about your car, I would avoid this car wash and choose a safer alternative.
