Independently and collectively my wife and have 60 years of car ownership and maintenance that comes with that. We had our worst experience as car owners at this location after previously having many good experiences. We had them flush/fill transmission fluid and transfer case fluid to save some of the dealership cost. Well guess what we paid for it here then a premium at the dealership due to having it done here. After returning the vehicle the first time they blamed the noise on a broken hood support which ended up not being the issue. The second return they sent us to another location because an employee had moved there that showed he had done the work, of course he messed up the paperwork and didn't so that location sent us away. After filing a claim they told us to come back to this location to redo the transfer case, instead they ending up doing the transmission again which was the right call but still our car sounded like it had flat tires, thump, thump, thump and we couldn't drive over 20 mph. They asked us to take to Fifth wheel, first we agreed then we asked what were they going to do and how are we going to get it there since we were no longer comfortable with driving it. No response, so we had it towed to dealership. Dealership said the transmission had the wrong fluid and that it was overfilled $960 later vehicle is fine minus whatever damage occurred during the 200+ miles before it started making noise and the drives to location and alternate location when they started avoiding their responsibility. Today, they said they aren't doing anything for us even though they assumed something was wrong and changed the transmission fluid again. Valvoline corporate is fine with this so buyer beware at any location. We went from customers for life to never again in one visit. Considering this location? Read the negative reviews and maybe compare to other locations first. ... and see you in court

The crew here is funny. They laugh and talk while working. Pretty cool to see. All three folks are solid workers- arden, jayden and dee. I wanted to add how professional Arden was with the walk through and pay our process. She was cool! One of the reasons i like valvoline- quick and go shop.

I have the most awful experience I've had at ANY Valvoline ever and I've been going to Valvoline for oil changes since my first vehicle! 1.) I initially had a rude gentlemen taking care of me that was trying to FORCE a Full Synthetic Oil Change instead of Synthetic Blend. Not the typical recommendation but rudely force as if they couldn't see before that I typically get the blend. Once service begins he walks away to help the gentlemen next to me and in comes Cris! She tried to change my engine air filter but I told her that I already had done that myself but I did inquire about looking at my cabin air filter and where it was. She quickly pops it out and starts to u box a brand new one to pop it in! Talking fast tells me the service is $60 I immediately stop her! She says she doesn't agree with what Valvoline charges for that service and she will take $20 off of that for me. I reluctantly agree! I also already had my $15 off coupon for my oil change pulled up on my phone, which she and I HAD NOT DISCUSSED. When it is time to check out, she continues to act like scanning the coupons isn't working. Also states she cannot combine coupons. This is all after all services are complete! She then lies and says we can use my $15 off the oil change coupon but she can give me 10% off the air filters which is $6. NOT what she stated when installing it, but she says the $15 off coupon plus the $6 is equivalent to around $20 off total! I was furious!!!! She tries to talk fast and act confused but she is just lying! Lastly, when I was trying to use my tap pay to cash out the machine wasn't working so they had me sitting there hot waiting for 15-20 mins to pay for the service. I will never ever return to this location! 0/10!!! Also no tire pressure check/fluid top off I had to stop at another Valvoline to do that after.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Valvoline. Before coming in, I called the phone number listed for my local location to get pricing for a conventional blend, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil change for my Ford F-150. The representative provided prices for all three options, and I specifically asked whether those prices included the additional 2.7 quarts of oil my truck requires beyond the standard 5 quarts. I was assured multiple times that the quoted prices included everything. Based on that information, I drove to the location and had the oil changed. When it came time to pay, the actual price was about $30 higher than what I had been quoted just 30 minutes earlier. When I questioned the discrepancy and showed them the number I had called, I was told that the phone number connects to a national call center and that the call center has nothing to do with the local store's pricing. That explanation raises an obvious question: If the number listed for the local location routes to a national call center, why are customers being given prices that don't reflect what the location actually charges? And if pricing varies by location, why doesn't the call center ask which store you're planning to visit before providing a quote? This felt like a classic bait-and-switch situation. Whether the issue is poor communication between Valvoline's national call center and its local stores or simply a lack of transparency, the result is the same: customers are given inaccurate pricing information and end up paying more than expected. To make matters worse, Valvoline's prices are already significantly higher than many competing oil change providers. After this experience, I won't be returning to this location or any other Valvoline in the future.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The crew was great—friendly, welcoming, informative, and very helpful. They were able to assist me after Walmart turned me away due to liability concerns, and I appreciated how professional everyone was throughout the visit. I brought my own oil, so I was only expecting to pay for labor. During the service, a team member asked about my cabin air filter and how long it had been since it was changed. I wasn’t entirely sure, but it had probably been about a year. After checking it, the filter was replaced. My issue isn’t that the filter needed to be changed—I understand maintenance is important. My concern is that I was never clearly informed of the cost or asked whether I wanted to proceed before the replacement was performed. I expected to pay around $63 for the service I came in for, but my total ended up being $128. While I understand the additional charge came from the filter replacement, I would have appreciated being told the price beforehand and given the opportunity to approve the work. Overall, the staff was excellent and the service itself was good. My only criticism is that customers should be informed of pricing and asked for approval before additional services are completed. If you’re visiting, make sure to ask about the cost of any recommended services before they’re performed.
