  Had a hail damage from the recent Grand Prairie storm and was devastated. My one week old car was hit. Fernando stopped by, walked me through the process and we set a date for the car to be picked up. He provided me with a loaner, and took care of everything else. Car was returned and it looked like new. Thanks for the excellent work.

  By far the best company I have ever worked with. Living in Texas, where hailstorms and vehicle damage seem to be a regular part of life, I've unfortunately had to deal with repairs more than once. This company made the entire process completely stress free from start to finish. They came directly to my home, picked up my vehicle, arranged my rental car, and handled everything with the insurance company. The level of convenience and professionalism was unmatched.What impressed me most was the quality of their work. I've had three brand new vehicles repaired by them, and every single one was returned in immaculate condition. Not only was the repair work flawless, but the vehicles were cleaned so thoroughly inside and out that they looked even better than the day I drove them off the lot. I honestly don't think the interiors had ever been that clean.The customer service was equally outstanding. Everyone I interacted with from the owner to the team members who delivered and picked up the vehicles was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service.After this experience, I wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.
