  I can’t say enough good things about Rangers PDR. From the very first conversation until the day I picked up my truck, the entire experience was first-class. The standout of the entire process was Haghata G. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She kept me informed, answered every question promptly, provided regular updates, and made sure I always knew exactly where things stood. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way she does, and it made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. The team was trustworthy, professional, easy to reach, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the repair. They even provided a comparable loaner vehicle, which made the process incredibly convenient. When I got my truck back, I was blown away. The hail damage repair is absolutely flawless—it honestly looks like nothing ever happened. As an unexpected bonus, they detailed my truck inside and out, and it looked better than the day I dropped it off. It’s clear why Rangers PDR has earned such a strong reputation. They combine outstanding craftsmanship with genuine customer service, and that’s becoming harder and harder to find.   By far the best company I have ever worked with. Living in Texas, where hailstorms and vehicle damage seem to be a regular part of life, I've unfortunately had to deal with repairs more than once. This company made the entire process completely stress free from start to finish. They came directly to my home, picked up my vehicle, arranged my rental car, and handled everything with the insurance company. The level of convenience and professionalism was unmatched.What impressed me most was the quality of their work. I've had three brand new vehicles repaired by them, and every single one was returned in immaculate condition. Not only was the repair work flawless, but the vehicles were cleaned so thoroughly inside and out that they looked even better than the day I drove them off the lot. I honestly don't think the interiors had ever been that clean.The customer service was equally outstanding. Everyone I interacted with from the owner to the team members who delivered and picked up the vehicles was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service.After this experience, I wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. They have earned my trust and my business for life. Highly recommended!

  Fernando and his team did an excellent job on my car. It took me a while to agree because I couldn't believe it was going to be as easy as he said, but it was! They definitely give you the VIP treatment. He took care of everything, including talking to the insurance company, no deductible and free car rental. They clean the car inside and out before the deliver it to you and I have already recommended him to other people. The Customer service is wonderful and they keep you updated. I highly recommend Rangers PDR!
